Unglaubliches Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Kann hier wirklich nichts bemängeln.
Pros:

Mit Abstand bestes Hotel der letzten Monate, welches ich geschäftlich genutzt habe. Sehr bequeme Matratze und top Frühstück. Bin extra 17km von Dietzenbach her angereist und bereue keinen km fahrt in dieses Hotel. Einfach nur top und ich freue mich schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal.

Absolut enttäuschender Aufenthalt – ungenießbares Essen, mangelnde Sauberkeit

Der einzige Plus Punkt war die Sauna im Zimmer.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem 4-Sterne-Hotel war leider ein absoluter Reinfall und hat unsere Erwartungen in keiner Weise erfüllt.

Das Abendessen (3-Gänge-Menü) war eine komplette Katastrophe und praktisch ungenießbar. Das Essen wurde lauwarm, lieblos und offensichtlich aus Fertigprodukten serviert. Ein aufgewärmter Fisch, dazu drei Kartoffelecken aus dem Discounter, eine angedickte Dillsoße aus der Packung und zudem merkwürdige bläuliche Flecken auf dem Teller – wir konnten dieses Gericht nicht essen. Am Ende haben wir uns stattdessen Pizza liefern lassen, was in einem angeblichen 4-Sterne-Hotel schon alles sagt.

Der Betrag für das 3-Gänge-Menü musste im Voraus an der Kasse bezahlt werden, was wir auch getan haben – schließlich rechnet man in dieser Hotelkategorie nicht mit einer derart schlechten Leistung. Eine Rückerstattung war am selben Abend angeblich nicht möglich, da nur Auszubildende vor Ort waren und sich niemand zuständig fühlte. Wir wurden auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet.

Auch beim Check-out lief nichts besser: Das EC-Gerät funktionierte nicht, sodass wir unser Geld erneut nicht zurückbekommen haben. Stattdessen sollen wir nun erst eine E-Mail mit unseren Daten schicken, um die Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Für uns ein völlig unprofessionelles Vorgehen.

Das Zimmer war ebenfalls enttäuschend: nicht sauber, die Trinkgläser verschmutzt und voller klebriger Spritzer, außerdem war es sehr laut rund um das Zimmer – an Erholung war nicht zu denken.

Fazit: Wir werden definitiv keine Gäste mehr in diesem Hotel sein und können es in keiner Weise weiterempfehlen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das Gebotene absolut inakzeptabel. Ein rundum enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
