Некомфортно і незручно. Із плюсів лише дешева ціна і розташування.

Cons:

Не сподобалось майже все починаючи з бронювання, тому що адміністратор Микола переходив особисті кордони і хамив. По приїзду нас попросили не вимазувати рушники косметикою, бо їх потім неможливо відіпрати) Ще нас попередили, що є фен, але він може при роботі вимиватися, бо ж старий і не вистачає потужності🤨🫣 В самому номері під стелею була павутина, а в душі був зламаний шланг душу, звідки текла вода і було неможливо нормально помитися. В номері не було зручного дзеркала, де можна привести себе до ладу, бо дзеркало лише у ванній і то маленьке. Це не те місце, де про комфорт, це місце можна обирати у тому випадку, якщо у вас обмежений бюджет і якщо ви їдете на короткий період, бо якщо ти проживаєш у готелі більше 2-х днів, то хотілося б хоча б мати змогу нормально помитися і привезти себе до ладу.

Із плюсів тільки розташування

Cons:

Жовті плями на постілі
Один комплект рушників, другий треба було бігати просити
Прибирання за дві доби не було
Треба набирати більше персоналу, бо не справляються
Персонал розбудив о 7 ранку, бо дуже голосно спілкувалися, поспати не вийде

Галимый сервис в отличном месте
Pros:

Самый большой плюс отеля - расположение. От центра города 2 минуты хотьбы.
Так же стильное оформление, сам отель и номера оформлены в современном дизайне, стильный и красивый.

Cons:

Персонал очень разный, есть хорошие девочки, которые идут на помощь, а есть парень, которому настолько наплевать на сервис, что моментами просто слов нет. И при чем он этого не скрывает!
Въехали в номер, выяснилось, что не работает сливной бачок в туалет, постарались попросить о помощи, кроме "А что я могу сделать?" ничего не слышали от админа... Других номеров не оказалось для переселения, вызвать мастера не возможно, согласовывать скидку за неудобство тоже не буду, хотите - оставляйте плохой отзыв, мне все равно...
Испортило впечатление о себе буквально с первых минут...
