Pros:

Location and great staff interaction
Coffee and tea facility available all day long free of charge. Excellent breakfast.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, dass Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bemerkte beim einchecken, dass mein Mann Gehprobleme hat und hat uns daraufhin ein Zimmer im 1. Stock statt wie vorgesehen im 3. Stock geben. Der 3. Stock wäre eine Herausforderung geworden. Auch die vorhandene Klimaanlage war eine positive Überraschung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ontzettend gastvrij, genoten, perfecte locatie in Valkenburg
Pros:

Ontbijt was perfect, aan tafel geserveerd. Wel iedere dag precies hetzelfde, maar er was ook keuze uit een luxe optioneel gerechtje. Een fijne ontbijtruimte met uiterst vriendelijk bedienend personeel.

Cons:

De familiekamer was net groot genoeg voor ons vijven. Zeker ook omdat het mooi weer was, je daardoor veel buiten bent en op het balkon kan zitten.

Sehr empfehlenswert mit einem kleinen Makel.
Pros:

Das Hotel Janssen ist für einen Kurzurlaub in der Region Maastricht gut geeignet. Der Gast wird sehr freundlich empfangen, gleiches gilt auch für das Personal. Jeder Morgen beginnt mit einem tollen Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen Fahrstuhl, wir mussten das Gepäck in die 3. Etage tragen.

Pros:

Fantastische kamer, prachtig bad (met licht en bubbels), mooie spiegel, fijne airco. Heerlijke bedden en ook zalig geslapen. Super fijne service en gratis koffie. Ook de badjassen in de kamer zijn super handig om sochtends even snel koffie te gaan halen.

Cons:

De kamer beneden (25) is prachtig, maar op het balkon geen uitzicht. Je kijkt hier tegen een muur aan. Op de douche zit een klein beetje groene aanslag. Ook zat er een duizendpoot in ons bed toen we aankwamen haha. Laat dit je niet tegenhouden, de rest was super, prachtig en zeer schoon!

Verblijf was erg aangenaam en goed...

De locatie is top...het ontbijt is geweldig...de kamers en bedden zijn prima...de rust en vrijheid in het hotel...kamers zijn heel schoon..alleen de trappen naar 3 hoog is wel ffe een dingetje...volgende x 1 of 2 etages lager...

Het was dichtbij het centrum. Het had een mooi uitzicht op de ruïnes. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Jammer dat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen was, je betaalde een meerprijs. Ook is er geen gratis parking voorzien. Dit is voor ons altijd een meerwaarde.

Heerlijk hotel, super goede locatie, je wandelt zo het centrum in. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer, alles schoon en netjes. Fijn bed. Heerlijk ontbijt, zo aan je tafel geserveerd!

Tip; koelkastje op de kamer. Verder konden we geen minpunten bedenken!
