Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Camera piccola con letti a castello ad ingombrare, bagno microscopico con sanitari vetusti, porta che si chiudeva con fatica, saliscendi della doccia rotto. Le pulizie sono state fatte approssimativamente e siamo stati lasciati senza asciugamani fino a quando non li abbiamo richiesti.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля — недалеко от пляжа. Отличный бассейн. Завтраки были разнообразными и вкусными: большой выбор как сладких, так и солёных блюд. Персонал на завтраках всегда был внимательным и приветливым.
Обед и ужин проходили в соседнем отеле Milano Helvetia. Просторный и красивый ресторан, хороший выбор салатов и закусок. В целом буфет был разнообразным и вкусным.

Cons:

На обед и ужин предлагалось меню с выбором из двух блюд. К сожалению, еда не всегда была вкусной и разнообразной.

Организация обслуживания в ресторане также оставила неприятное впечатление. Было непонятно, как столы распределялись между официантами. Несмотря на то что мы всегда приходили вовремя и одними из первых, первое блюдо иногда приходилось ждать 15–20 минут. После того как мы его заканчивали, грязные тарелки ещё около 15 минут оставались на столе, а мы продолжали ждать следующего блюда. При этом некоторые гости, пришедшие позже, уже успевали закончить десерт.

Кроме того, при выезде в наш счёт ошибочно включили два бокала просекко, которые мы не заказывали. Поскольку мы спешили на поезд и времени разбираться уже не было, нам пришлось их оплатить. Ситуация была очень неприятной.

За всё время проживания постельное бельё и полотенца поменяли только один раз. Хотелось бы, чтобы полотенца меняли чаще.

Фен работает примерно одну минуту, после чего отключается из-за перегрева, и приходится ждать, пока он снова заработает. Для гостей с длинными волосами это очень неудобно.

В целом мы понимали, что отель относится к недорогой ценовой категории, и не ожидали особых излишеств. Однако перечисленные недостатки заметно испортили впечатление от отдыха. В этой же ценовой категории можно найти более удачные варианты, поэтому, к сожалению, рекомендовать этот отель не могу.

Staff molto gentile e disponbile, stanza spaziosa, luminosa e ariaggeta, dotata di un piccolo balcone

Cons:

Parcheggio piccolo con l'impossibilità di spostare la macchina una volta consegnata le chiavi, ma d'altronde la posizione è quella e lo sapevamo anche prima, l'albergatore può farci poco purtroppo.
