Les agents d'accueil ont été très agréables. Ils nous ont bien aidés malgré un souci personnel ? Et nous ont bien expliqué les règles de l'établissement

Nous avons ici plusieurs reprises que nous avons senti une odeur de tabac très présente dans le couloir et y compris dans notre chambre. Le jour même de l'entrée dans la chambre et le lendemain matin au réveil, nous avons senti une forte odeur de tabac dans notre chambre alors que nous y étions et nous avons signalé cela à l'accueil très rapidement. Un équipement ne fonctionnait pas sur place le sèche-cheveux, et les murs étaient regrettablement fins nous pouvions entendre les personnes à côté faire leurs besoins et des personnes nous ont insulté. Alors que l'on parlait.
