I need not like the surroundings

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful getting everything organized from day trips to SIM cards.

Bon emplacement, bon service, bonne chambre
Par contre odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain…

We arrived at the location and they told us our reservation didn’t go through. They then took our bags and pressured to go to a neighborhood hotel we would have never booked. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Especially after flying for 27h. We then had to pay the price of one night for a terrible hotel

It was an amazing experience with hotel blue pearl. Everything was nice.location is little bit confusing but overall stay and service was good.

Worth for the Money.....Near to all locations....affordable price.... Friendly staff....

Friendly staff, manager was very polite and helpful. Even though they made a mistake with by booking on day 1 and had to stay at one of their different hotels and they also made a mistake while handing me over the final bill (it was resolved later), I would say the experience was good for the reasonable price. Will visit again.

Water pressure of shower is nice. Actually management is good. Sahil ji is very cooperative person

The ambience of hotel is so amazing,rooms are very clean and staff is very conscious about hygiene and therefore all measure of sanitation are taken.Also, the hotel is centrally located.

Hotel is newly renovated. It’s close to the railway station. Food was delicious and the staff was very helpful. Thanks hotel blue pearl for your wonderful service. highly recommended.

Clean & Hygenic Hotel, Nice modern room, helpful staff, good food, centrally located.

Checked in, went up. Its fine for the price. I was expecting better from the pictures, but I accepted what it was.
The service, horrendous. Call down to request something as some as bottle of water, they would take 20 mins, it always took the second call for them to come up. Their food was horrible. I'm sure that where I got Delhi belly.
If you go out at night and come back even in the early morning. Front doors are locked and they have 5 people sleeping on the floor in the lobby. You can knock all you want, but no one wants to get up and open the lock. Standing 10 mins outside in that neighbourhood wasn't fun. I've travelled India several times and stayed at similar level hotels and have received nothing but 5 star service. I booked this hotel because I thought it was one around the corner I previously stayed at, The Pearl which is on the main road.
My mistake, I accept it, but I recommend you do not stay here. Could carrying on and on, double booked my rooms and we're forcing me to take both when I didn't need it, charging a full night extra for checking out a little late etc.

We booked for two days. First night: impossible to sleep due to noices. Second day: breakfast in a room without any table, no coffee, no tea, no jam, no sugar. Back in the hotel at 6 pm: room still to clean. Explanation from the reception: my fault becuase I didn' ask to claean it !!!!. After the second night with same noices, thanks God we checked out. Absolutely to avoid, do not even think to stay there.
