Espero que todos contribuam, as clíticas auxiliam nas melhorias para chegar a excelência .

Café da manhã, bem gostoso, muitas diversidades de bolos, a salada de fruta bem saborosa.

Cons:

A questão da garagem, o hospede quando chega precisa deixar o carro na rua quando vaga, ir até a recepção do hotel e pedir para abrir o portão do estacionamento onde vai ser guardado o carro. Sempre que vai buscar o carro a mesma situação, isso não foi nada confortante. Outra situação que não foi legal, banho, dependendo do horário, a água estava fria, não esquentou. Achei muito pouco um cobertor por quarto, ainda mais um tempo fresco para chuva.

Localização e atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Ficamos no quarto 121. Banheiro cheira urina, mesmo com o funcionário limpando o cheiro continuou. No dia 12 choveu de madrugada. O banheiro tem muita goteira e a água não esquenta direito.

Pessoas bem receptivas, educadas e atenciosas, nada a reclamar.
Pros:

Quanto à acomodação sim, porém talvez pela diferença regional, alguns itens para mim poderiam ser melhor, como os tipos de bolos e, apesar da salada, poderia acrescentar mais frutas, porém o mais incômodo para mim é não servir a manteiga nas mesas.

Cons:

Exatamente a questão de ter que passar a manteiga no pão no lugar onde nos servimos, acho que deveria dispor a manteiga nas mesas.
