تجربة ممتعة خصوصاً للأطفال و خدمة و استقبال رائع من قبل طاقم المنتجع.
Pros:

مكان الإقامة بعيد قليلاً عن مركز المدينة، و لكن يوجد بجوارك محطة باصات اقتصادية، و كذلك محطتي تكاسي. وجود سيارة خاصة حل مناسب ايضاً. المرافق جميله فيها مسبح خارجي مع أكوا جميل وأكلهم على المسبح لذيذ و مشبع و بأسعار تنافسيه. كذلك يوجد مسبح مغطى و مرافقه من جاكوزي وساونا وحمام تركي وبخار جداً جميله. اخذت غرفتين ثلاثيه مطله على الجبل نظيفه و مساحتها معقوله و كافيه. الموظفون ودودون و متعاونون و اشكر بالأخص الاخ معين الذي كان عوناً لنا بعد الله عز وجل.

Cons:

الإفطار غير متنوع( مكرر ) و فترته ساعتان فقط اعتقد انها غير كافيه و مناسبه لوضع السياح عموماً و السياح الفرادى ( ليس مجموعات ) خصوصاً. جودة الواي فأي متفاوته خصوصاً عند الجلوس في الأكوا بارك.

A good place for a peaceful family vacation.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the environment is peaceful and comfortable. We especially liked the outdoor pool, which had three separate sections: one for adults, one for children, and one for very young children. There was also a small slide for children. It is a good place for a peaceful family vacation.

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and served quickly. Staff could speak good English and were very polite and accommodating.

Cons:

Some of the services (such as sauna) were not available but happy that was due to the time of year.

الفندق مناسب للعوائل الي معاهم أطفال لوجود المسبح والالعاب .. الطاقم متعاون وخدمتهم سريعة.. والغرف المطله على البحر رائعه جدا .. الفطور جيد لكن فيه مجال للتحسين ..

الغرف صغيره شوي و وتحتاج اهتمام اكثر من ناحية النظافة .. ويعيبه انه بعيد شوي عن المركز بس الي معاه سيارة ما اتوقع تكون اشكالية

اكبر مشكلة كانت القرب من الشارع الرئيسي؛ ازعاج كبير.
بالاضافة لان الغرف تشطيبها قديم.
المكيف لا يمكن تشغيله الا كمروحة حسب الوقت الذي حجزت فيه رغم ان الجو حار نسبيا.

نظافه الفندق والموقع والموظفون ودودين وصولنا كان متأخر بسبب تأخر الرحله وصلنا 7 الصباح ليوم الخروج .. وكان الأستقبال متعاون وعوضونا يوم إضافي من الفندق وهذا يدل على كسب العميل وتقديره .. ثالث تجربه مع تيليا مميزه
