Pros:

Horrible. We arrived at the location and no one was there. We waited for an hour to check in but no one arrived. The guard who was at the front looked for someone and even he said no one was there. We left and checked in at another hotel.

Pros:

Es un buen proyecto, tiene futuro pero requieren mejorar sus instalaciones.
La gente muy bien, atentos, dedicados pero la infraestructura podría mejorarse significativamente.
Tienen mucho potencial, habrá que observar su evolución.

Pros:

La cena de Año Nuevo no fue lo que esperábamos. Por ejemplo si te ponen de postre chocolate madness y a la mera hora te sirven pan de chocolate de costco. Al final supimos que habían contratado una banquetera.
El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a atenderte. Sin embargo parece que a los propietarios y a la gerencia no les interesa el lugar. Hay mucho que mejorar. Tienen desperfectos. No sirven los aires acondicionados en las villas, no hay agua caliente en los baños. No te dejan en los cuartos cosas básicas extras, como papel de baño, toallas, una bolsa para basura porque no van a pasar a recoger la basura acumulada nunca. Al menos que te dejen una bolsa para que cada quien lo haga. Una escoba, porque tampoco hay servicio de limpieza en las villas. En fin, es para conocer una vez y nunca volver.

Es un lugar super recomendado, hermoso pero sobre todo te atienden excelentemente tanto el encargado como el mesero, nos trataron de maravilla, de seguro regreso muchas veces más...hermoso lugar y deliciosa comida! 1000 % recomendado
