Reeked of cigarette smoke
Cons:

The room reeked of cigarette smoke.. I have asthma and I'm allergic to tobacco smoke... I tried to check out and get my refund, so I could go to another place, but they refused.. so we had no other choice but to stay the night there

Pros:

Nothing hotel took money from my debit card and when I arrived said they don't accept my card even though they took my money this is a dishonest company. Never put you card online with this hotel.

Cons:

The fact that the hotel is dishonest its staff a miss tate and on the phone to corporate isla was the worst experience with a hotel or customer service I ever experienced never stay here!!!!

Overall it was a great visit.
Pros:

Price was great and staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable , also we couldn’t get extra towels until we turned in our dirty towels which was inconvenient but I sorta understand just a little frustrating!

Friendly staff good air conditioning , good breakfast

Cons:

Had to put up another $200 deposit once checked in, my understanding booking.com held a $250 deposit and sent a email to me no other payment needed for check in. Had to be switched to another room after getting unpacked due to refrigerator not working and tv had issues in the 1st room we checked in to. 2nd room that we was given 1 of the bed sheets had fresh writing on it from a pen, led me to believe that the sheets had not been changed
