The coffee was okay. The breakfast was like a school lunch cafeteria and the lunch ladies have been told to conserve as much food as they can to keep costs down. There was no juice whatsoever. It was very much like an underfunded soup kitchen. I liked that it was directly across the street from the Greyhound Bus Station.
Aside from the abysmal cafeteria situation, there were obvious maintenance and cleanliness issues. The carpets were old and frayed and missing in some places. The metal framing around the bathroom door was rusted. There was mold growing in my bathtub. I ended up cutting my stay short because a roach in my shower. I also had to jump through 1,000 hoops in order to get a refund for my unused nights.
I liked the rooms and all the amenities.
Next door neighbors stayed up hooping and hollering and laughing all hours of the night.
Clean and friendly staff
Location
We had problem with the TV for over an hour and the phone was from another room.
Easy to get to and a good breakfast.
Room was big
Location, out of way, next to a truck stop, room had a smell(smoke ), ceiling tiles were missing in hallway, blowers were going in part of hotel. Obviously something had happened and was being attended to while still allowing visitors
The staff, and the bed for sure. Mickey at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely fantastic, and went out of her way to accommodate us.
No breakfast, tv didn’t work at night. Tv stopped working at night time… one of the staff members said something with servers? Woke up early to go have breakfast got down a little after 8 and everything was gone, it was crazy disappointing, I asked kitchen staff what time breakfast was over she said 9am…… looks like it’s over when the first food put out is taken.
There were some issues with the elevator but we being addressed, we enjoyed the pool and breakfast with our children and grandchild.
The front desk staff was very accommodating and courteous. She gets a 10 out of 10.
However, the room we received was already occupied...by roaches. We didn't stay.
I was hesitant due to all the bad reviews of this location. However, the staff was phenomenally friendly. The place was clean, and it was comfortable.
Great location! Minutes from Bricktown. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
***There Wed-Fri.
Mickey was the best. She always made sure we had everything we needed for the entire stay.
The facility is not in the best part of town. I didn’t sleep well due to uncomfortable beds and running around on the floor above me. My daughter couldn’t sleep and she was the one who had to get up the earliest due to games. Breakfast was not that great. It was cold when we had to leave by 630 and it was served at 6. It would have been nice to have other hot options besides just sausage gravy, eggs, sausage and apples. Yes there were waffles but even my daughter said she didn’t want waffles everyday. More fruit variety like including apples, bananas and oranges.
Front desk was cordial.
Roaches in room, big, huge , roaches. Broken tile, dirty
