The hotel was near everything that my fiance and I wanted to do for our anniversary and her birthday
The lobby’s ac didn’t work, the room was full of flies and smelled terrible. The water in the pool looked very mirky, no towels. TV did not have anything available. The room did not have iron, hair dryer or coffee pot. The lady who served breakfast was great and breakfast was good.
Coffee maker was broken, the microwave did not have glass plate, the pillows were worn out.
But other then that, it was good
Ubicación, limpieza y la atención del persona nocturno
Chose a different hotel. It was dirty. Homeless people were camped behind the hotel and approached us asking for money when we pulled up
There was still a dirty boot in the closet from the previous guest and stuff on the floor.
Our room was not ready as they gave it to someone else. Although we had been charged a week ago for it. They had no AC in the lobby so they but large fans to circulate the air. They tried giving us a dirty room as the beds was not made and the front desk just pulled up the sheets, no pillows on the bed, no towels or toilet paper, mold in shower. A shower cap was place over the smoke detectors as it smelled like marijuana. Got a different room still not that clean and we had to share a bed as our reservation was for 2 queens and then we ended up with one bed. Neighbors played music till 12 pm and someone kept banging on our door and running away till 2 am. Called front desk several times and no one picked up the phone. We didn’t leave as we were scared so we waited it out till morning. My kid and I have bug bits all over. Horrible experience, they should be shut down.
Just pulling in the parking lot I realized there was no way I would stay there. There were broken windows in the rooms and shady people and trash in the parking lot. Drove in a right out.
The check-in process was extremely slow. After finally getting to our room there was a musty odor & no microwave as advertised. This was reported to the front desk immediately & they said they would have one brought to the room. We did an initial inspection of the room, waited for the microwave, & spent time getting settled a bit. After a couple of hours we elected to get out & about so on our way out we stopped @ the desk & asked a 2nd time for the microwave to be delivered while we were out because we would need it when we returned. We were gone for several hours then upon our return, we waved our hellos to the same front desk person we spoke to 2x already about the microwave. After going up to our room & wanting to have some leftovers, guess what…no microwave. Frustrated we returned to the front desk & asked a 3rd time when will the microwave be delivered but was told “here you can carry this one up.” Though this was irritating: that we have to carry the microwave to our room, we went with it. Now that we were winding down from travel & settling in for the night we inspected the room more closely to discover: no privacy latch, the blackout curtains were not properly hooked to the rod so there wasn’t really a blackout once the sun came up the next morning, the drapes were very dirty with what we THINK was some sort of food splatter, there was no iron, & the WIFI was pretty much nonexistent due to it being EXTREMELY slow
This place was nasty, the hallways smelt of weed and there were prostitutes in the parking lot. This place is gross
Terrible experience at this hotel. Tried to reach hotel to advise of late check in no answer or response to calls and messages. Waited at front desk for 20 mins for worker to appear. Going into the room there was no bath towels. Called front desk from room phone and there was no answer. Went downstairs to ask for towels and worker said there was none available to give us. Gave us hand towels. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Other minor things and issues. Just was not a pleasant stay at this hotel.
Wifi didn't work, even when we were given the "admin" password. The shower had no water pressure. The window sheers had been cut off two feet from the top. No A/C in the lobby. Continental breakfast was only three things.
Fresh breakfast, good coffee!!
We couldn't even get a cart for our luggage. Very loud in the middle of the night. We will not return.
It was very comfortable
The bed was very hard, too hard to sleep on; the door did not close properly; and even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping opened the door anyway. Also, the air conditioning was not working in the lobby, hot in there as well as the breakfast area;
Everything was excellent
They were doing remodeling wasn’t sure it was open when I arrived
It was close to the riverwalk so that’s the best thing about it. There were NO bath towels in the room. I called down to get some all I got was voicemail. I left a message and never did get any. I had to use a hand towel to dry off. The bathroom shower did have black spots in it.
The room itself was very nice, but the air conditioning was out in the first floor. The lobby doors were standing open all the time with a fan blowing area into the staff at the desk. The area around there is kind of depressed and they are starting a remodel if they get the remodel done and get the lobby fixed up and things that would probably be OK but right now while they do have a breakfast there’s no place to eat at you. Have to take it back up to your Room
