La alberca estaba en mantenimiento, ya van 3 veces que me toca así.

El personal fue muy atento y amable durante toda la estancia.
La piscina no funciono durante los 3 dias de estancia porque estaba en mantenimiento (lo cual entiendo, pero podian y debian avisar). Muy muy ruidoso, se escuhaba todo desde el pasillo. El ultimo dia estuvimos sin agua toda la mañana (desde las 6h y hasta el check out a las 12h...no sabemos cuando volvio). Nos indicaron para contactar a una persona en ventas para obtener algun beneficio pero respondio 15 dias mas tarde diciendo que va a salir de la empresa (entiendo que podia haber respondido en esos 15 dias por lo menos). Para no volver...

Stains all over ceiling and walls, bedding did not fit the bed so ended up sleeping in disgusting mattress. The pool remained closed the entire stay with no pre-communication. The fitness centre is just a warm closet with an old treadmill.

La paciencia de los empleados tras el reclamo de los huéspedes, debido a que ,primero no había caliente y posteriormente no había agua, situación complicada ya que al regresar de las actividades turísticas del día , se desea un baño y buen descanso , en mi opinión para un hotel inn,es algo que no debería suceder
El desayuno, bebidas y alimentos fríos, sin variedad.
El personal es muy amable, la cama muy cómoda y buen desayuno
Para ir a las tiendas de conveniencia hay q caminar alrededor de 10 minutos
