The place was clean, the facilities were excellent, comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Got it because it was advertised as having a City view. There was zero visibility to the city.
The Summit Hotel is truly a hidden gem! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean.
A special thank you to Sarah at the front desk for her outstanding hospitality, Theresa, the Housekeeping Manager, for the thoughtful surprise of having robes waiting in our room, and Gloria for keeping everything spotless during our stay.
The customer service was top-notch, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming.
The hotel is a piece of artwork- very clean a beautiful scent when you walk through the door. I don’t have the words to describe how perfect the Summit Hotel is.

Check-in with Ashlynn and Rodney was prompt and welcoming. Rodney was kind enough to help me again later when I stopped back down to the desk on the way to do a luggage run in the garage (thank you for helping me secure 2pm check-out under my M. Bonvoy Gold status perks! Having late check-out really helped elevate the experience during my stay. My hotel room (9th floor) was a standard 2 bed room as booked. I believe it was room 930. Heads up that the 9th floor is relatively quiet apart from operational elevator and foot traffic noises. However, I am not positive the room door was sufficiently air-tight (actually I’m positive there are large and significant unnecessary gaps on the lock edge and bottom edge of the entire room door that did not resolve the noise transfer into the room - I tried using rolled up towels at night to dampen the draft, sound and light from the corridor on the 9th floor, but to no avail). Not a big deal since hotel didn’t appear to be at capacity, but there was still regular activity throughout the night outside my room that a door that doesn’t have large gaps along 2 of 4 edges could have prevented. My room was on a floor that has an ice-machine with a built-in water fountain style tap to refill re-usable water bottles. I appreciated it. The beds were clean and neat. The wifi was mid-upgrade for reliable connection throughout the hotel rooms while I was there; but hopefully if the wifi was improved successfully, the hotel can add bluetooth tv remote and more smart control options using your mobile device and the Bonvoy app like you can at other properties in the Marriott hotel portfolio. Oh, the room appeared pretty clean on first glance, but it became obvious that none of the hard flooring in the room or bathroom is getting properly mopped/disinfected between stays. The tub and shower looked clean. I brought disinfectant wipes so it was fine, just room to improve on that aspect. Parking in the garage attached to the same level as the hotel’s lobby and art gallery was free and convenient during my stay! Honestly, this hotel has a lot going for it and the staff was great, I do feel the cost of my room was a decent value after taxes. The only other area I noticed room for improvement would be the food I received in the morning from advanced order room service. I’m attaching a picture of their “most popular” breakfast. It would have been a $30 meal that I did not eat due to extremely disappointing food quality and flavor, however, to the hotel’s credit, the front desk did not hassle me about my request to return the tray and refund the order. I have never refused a meal in 40 years, but breakfast seems like such an easy service to cook properly and make reasonably nice for travel-fatigued guests, please consider removing the frozen and recooked breakfast potatoes, the liquid or substitute egg product used to make my scrambled eggs, and generally revisit the entire appeal of your food preparation, quality of ingredients and unpleasant flavor profile. Plane and hospital food has an advantage over the present food quality received during my stay June 2026. That should be an easy fix and revenue stream for the property. I still generally recommend this hotel for its convenient location and value at this price point compared to various alternative hotel properties in the region.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
They were replacing the wifi so there was NONE the whole time I was there. They should have warned me about that and given me a discount. Also there were NO restaurants/food available the whole time. There should be at least one place to eat at all times!!! VERY disappointing.
Big room, very clean, convenient location. The Eatery on the grounds is a cool venue and nice place to relax and have a drink or casual meal
Saturday the hotel was having an event and the parking garage was full so we had to park on the street.
The hotel and restaurant people and food was fantastick
The kitchen for room service was horrible. We ordered a pot of coffee and after 2 hours we canceled .. we tried again the next morning. Still nothing. Because of this I rated the hotel 9
Clean, modern, nice sized rooms
Room not ready at 4:45 pm. Although some staff were amazing, one front desk person was dismissive when asked whether we could get an additional bottle of water when heading out for the day. No water filler stations were easily accessible that we were aware. Parking is difficult to secure, parking a minivan is almost dangerous in some parts of the garage.
It was a bed to sleep
no breakfast for the price
Didn't have robes as promised on the room description. Also I think my vehicle was damaged at valet.
Great hotel. Specious and comfortable. Staff welcoming & most helpful. Rooms a good size and bathroom large with a walk in shower on its own space. Very clean. Breakfast buffet great with loads of choices especially fruit. During our stay attended a reception in the lobby bar and again loads of space and areas to sit and chat. Nearby food court at the bottom of the hill is great with all local food vendors, no chains. Try the haddock bites at the London Pub - delicious!
Would stay there again
Thomas the valet was great! Good service very friendly and fast.
