Great hotel. Specious and comfortable. Staff welcoming & most helpful. Rooms a good size and bathroom large with a walk in shower on its own space. Very clean. Breakfast buffet great with loads of choices especially fruit. During our stay attended a reception in the lobby bar and again loads of space and areas to sit and chat. Nearby food court at the bottom of the hill is great with all local food vendors, no chains. Try the haddock bites at the London Pub - delicious!

Very nice facilities. Clean. Loved that I could order Starbucks for breakfast! Perfect location for visiting family in the suburbs of Cincinnati. Secure parking garage. Pleasant staff.
Dinner at the restaurant was okay but nothing to rave about. Charcuterie/cheese plate was basic and expected higher quality items.

In my opinion, This hotel is NOT worth staying at. The parking is horrible. Tiny garage that fills up early. Had to park my truck at the bottom of the hill and carry my bags up the steps to the hotel. This hotel charges you for extras that were not incurred by me. I just explained how I had to park at the bottom of the hill.... Get this, they charged my room $19 for valet parking. What???
They also have extra charges on my bill for going to their bar to which I did not have a drink at. The management is terrible at customer service. Two hours after leaving the hotel I received a notification that my card was charged for more than agreed on, I call the hotel to be told that a Manager needs to correct the issue. I called the hotel three times over the next week and the Management team NEVER returned my call. Terrible experience for me. I would look around for other options.
The Summit Hotel ambiance, layout, decoration and facilities are very nice and welcoming. The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean and the food was great. Since I was in a business meeting, the Hotel location was irrelevant for me. At night, since we were a big group of people, the noise level could be heard in the rooms, no matter which floor you were. I stayed in the top level, floor 9, and I could hear the noise from the lobby in my room.
We tried to check in and there was no one at the front desk. We called the main number and it rang and rang. Our son sent us a glass of champagne to wish us happy holidays and it was never delivered. I ask to speak to the manager and after a week returning home I finally received a call from her and she gave me every excuse as to why these things happened and did not address our experience.
The property is. Lean, well maintained and decorated.

My husband and I stayed at the Summit Hotel from 10/26/2025 to 10/30/2025. The room was lovely and the service at the coffee shop was great. However, our experience with housekeeping was. Very disappointing. This morning I discovered that we only had one bath towel given to us. My husband had used it last night, but I didn’t have time to call for another when I discovered this problem this morning because we were in a hurry to leave. So I used his. Crumbs were never cleaned off the table. The floor was not vacuumed. On the morning of 10/27/25, while the the do not disturb sign was still on the door , a male staff member knocked at the door , wanting to come in. I don’t understand why he thought it was ok to knock at the door when we still had the DND sign on our door. I am very happy that you have Peloton bikes in the workout room, and I used the bike on the right. The video on the tv said exercise equipment is wiped down hourly. This bike had large amounts of crud on the bottom half and obviously had not been clean in a long time. The wipes were empty. I caught the attention of one of the workers and he brought some. The bike also has no cup holders. I had to hang on to my water bottle for the whole tried. This morning, when we checked out, I told the ginger haired lady at the front desk about the lack of towel and a couple of the other problems. She barely acknowledged the concern and just checked me out. I really would have expected better service from this hotel
We had a quick weekend in Cincinnati for a concert- our experience at the Summit exceeded expectations- clean, great staff and really good food - don’t skip the garlic parm wings and burger! Will definitely be back on our next trip to Cinci!
