Pros:

We loved the room, we were a family of 4 and it was enough for us, the shower was great and the location is very good.

The staff was always ready to help.

Cons:

It's a general thing in Japan, but no good blind for the morning light.

とても最高の1日過ごせました！
Pros:

室内が清潔感あり、設備も充実していた。
また、対応頂いたスタッフの方全員とても、丁寧でホスピタリティがあり、とっても心地よい接客だった。
帰る時に頂いたメッセージカードも心が暖かくなった。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、価格の割に浴室がシャワールームだったところですかね。。。

Pros:

Good hotel and friendly staff, but in order to go anywhere, it will need to change to 2 subway trains, so not super convenient. Nearby restaurants are quite okay. Just feel like it’s not worth the nightly price of $350+.

Plus: very close to the TCAT which you can reserve bus to transport from hotel to airport easily.

Cons:

Transportation.

Go for it
Pros:

Cleanliness. Attention to detail. Friendly staff. Very well connected. Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable despite being usual Tokyo compact

Cons:

Nothing to complaint at all. But addition of a shoe warmer/deodorizer would make it perfect. We had it at another hotel and it was tremendously helpful.

Has everything we need for a short stay
Pros:

Room is spacious for family, beds are comfortable. We chose for its location near to Tcat to get to narita airport. Amenities need to be requested at the counter so for me it would be nice if it’s provided instead of asking for it. There’s only one elevator and they use the same elevator to do room cleaning in the noon and we had to wait quite a while for the elevator to arrive. The skies get bright very early in Japan as early as 5am and due to the window design there is no blackout curtain and just a sheer white paper blind

Cons:

Windows have no blackout curtain , the bunk bed stairs can be cold and slippery to step on
