Mimaru Tokyo Suitengumae was fabulous! Not only is the location excellently located to quickly get on the Metro, there is also wonderful restaurants close by. The rooms were a good size for a family and very clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities are very nice and easy to use. Great value for money. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful! Very happy with our stay at Mimaru, highly recommend and would rebook a stay there! Thank you for making our trip so special.

It was such a nice and roomy hotel, especially for family with small kids. The hotel has all the necessary amenities like washer and dryer and also has luggage delivery service, which was amazing! It was so walking distance to everything, like the subway and grocery stores. And it was super quiet, away from all the tourist areas but still close enough by trains. Staff was amazing
The best hotel-apartment in Nihonbashi. Staff are wonderful and friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend for family trip in Tokyo, it's near many train stations and airport bus station.

We loved its convenient location near the t-cat - made for travel from and to both Narita and Haneda very convenient and easy! The staff were super helpful and great! We will definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms! They also had a quick Sakura craft and children’s activity books available.
It may be due to the fact that it’s an older location but even after it was freshly cleaned, the bathroom and the toilet room still smelled a bit off. The WiFi was really inconsistent, though we missed the sign at the front desk with solutions of resetting until too late. Not a big deal and not a deterrent for future stays.

We requested for an early check in before coming in, they said we will try and they really did, morning 8 am.
The apartment/suite was very comfortable, appropriately designed for a family of four, spacious, the kitchenette is perfect with kids and specially if you are vegetarians.
Overall we had a lovely time.
The cleaning service is great too.
Will come back for sure.
