Fußläufig zu Dom und Rathaus, gute Busanbindung, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück: gut Auswahlmöglichkeiten, sehr ansprechende Darreichungsform.
Zimmer sauber und gutes Bett.

Cons:

Das Umfeld des Hotels sehr unsauber
Schloss in der Haustür defekt, dadurch war das Hotel auch nachts immer und für jeden zugänglich, was mir ein ungutes Gefühl gegeben hat.

Nous avons juste séjourné une nuit. C'était très bien. La chambre était propre, la possibilité de garer sa voiture est intéressante.

Good support has no price!
Pros:

I have especially liked the fact that hotel staff and managers were extremely helpful on an emergency situation with was complicated by a misfortune we had, by having my documents and credit cards stolen (pick pockets)while we were in the downtown!Could not have been better supported ! Congratulations to all staff and managers, with our high appreciation.

Cons:

We had our holiday shortened because the unfortunate events!Nothing to due with hotel services.

Das Hotel liegt nah zum Zentrum, mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß kein Problem.

Cons:

Es war recht laut von der Straße, wenn wir das Fenster geöffnet hatten. Im Sommer, wenn es auch abends warm ist, schwierig.

Pros:

Die Erreichbarkeit in die Altstadt zu Fuß, dass günstige Parken auf dem Parkplatz Blücherplatz.
Das dass Hotel über ein Aufzug verfügt.
Es wurde für Ventilatoren gesorgt bei den Temperaturen fanden wir das echt gut.

Cons:

Das nicht sofort ersichtlich gewesen ist , in der Beschreibung des Hotels das , dass Hotel direkt an einer viel befahren Hauptstraße liegt.
Die Tür zum Hotel selber ist nicht abgeschlossen ( Schloß kaputt) somit hat jeder Zugang zum Hotel, da leider viele Drogenabhängige dort verkehren haben diese somit Zugang zum Hotel, damit fühlt man sich nicht sehr wohl.
Das Kunstleder am Bett war leider sehr abgenutzt.
Wenig Frühstücksauswahl.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Für eine Nacht würde ich in Zukunft woanders buchen.

Ein Zimmer im Keller, auf den Bildern sieht es aus, als wäre es mit Fenstern Richtung Straße ist aber alles im Keller. In dem Keller. Schacht4 des vorderen Fensters werden die Zigarettenstummel der vorbeigehenden Passanten hinein geworfen. Dadurch kann man nicht lüften, die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen viele Macken, nicht richtig sauber. Das Frühstück ist so lala die servierten Eier waren alt. Schon im Eingang liegt ein roter Teppich, der vorher scheinbar in einer Autowerkstatt gelegen hat. Für 20-30 € mehr. Die Nacht wäre man in einem guten Hotel untergekommen.

Pros:

La signora delle pulizie all' arrivo è stata gentile nell' adoperarsi per farci entrare il prima possibile (siamo arrivati mezz'ora prima dell' orario di check-in. Peraltro, all' orario di check-in la reception è già chiusa) e per cambiare il ventilatore che non funzionava. La camera era abbastanza grande. La colazione tutto sommato sufficiente

Cons:

Sembra più una pensioncina a conduzione familiare che un hotel 3 stelle superior.
La nostra camera, poi, non si trovava nel corpo principale, ma al piano terra di una sorta di depandance (un condominio dal lato opposto della strada). Pur essendo stata probabilmente ristrutturata di recente, presenta alcune pecche (es tapparella della finestra rotta). Lo stabile che la ospita, poi, è in generale piuttosto datato e in condizioni precarie.

Prettig verblijf
Pros:

De kamer was comfortabel en het ontbijt was ook prima! We waren met 15 minuten lopen in het centrum, dus dat was ook fijn.
Het was heel warm buiten, maar er was een ventilator en zo was het binnen prima qua temperatuur. Het personeel was aardig.
De receptie is dicht in de middag, maar we kregen een hele duidelijke beschrijving over waar we de sleutel konden vinden en waar we moesten zijn.

Cons:

Niets viel tegen, het was prima!
