NIGHTMARE IN EL NIDO
Pros:

Nothing, I was placed in a room called the shell 🐚 made by plastic rather bizarre. The view was magnificent but that was all.
Walls dirty you will see in photos, night time to lights to get up to the room completely dark and dangerous, the office can only turn AC of after 10 AM and at dark they also turn AC off so office is an oven. The restaurant bar the food is horrible we order 2 pastas not sure which one was worst a couple from Arkansas asked for the stake all stayed in the plate. Restaurant at 8 pm said we had no ice we could wait 20 minutes to have a cold beer 🍺 could drink wine no ice for the ice bucket.
I had a medical emergency the city has no eye doctors and only a very limited small clinic. The people are very very nice but far prepared to help foreigners. Lots of BS rules but yet they serve drinks inside the pool food inside the pool and on my check out date which was before the total dates where they said early departure not refundable we were treated like you need to leave the room now as if we were thief’s to steal any of the garbage that they have there. Towels are small and far from white
The floor dirty, the toilet with stains. Rather insulting when they take 6000 as a security deposit lol. 2 days was plenty enough I was sick and they couldn’t care less but to care of no refunds.we went back to Manila to the Makati Diamond residence which is highly recommended.

Cons:

We liked nothing ! This hotel is good for young people that don’t mind climb a stiff mountain on 95 summer.
That don’t care about not having drinking water in the property not even to brush your teeth as they advise you not 🤦
They don’t give you a bottle water like most hotels do but a container with a water that God knows if you can trust. Definitely not recommended for older people and people that expects the basic standards. I am shocked by the reviews I went by but this was the worst hotel I stayed in years I am on a 33 days trip in Asia and this was the 6th hotel in line and the worst.

Worth visiting for the stunning view and pool
Pros:

The pool area and view is stunning! The breakfast was delicious, and the team were friendly.

Our villa was also gorgeous and very spacious, secluded and relaxing with the outdoor bath tub.

Cons:

It’s a very steep climb up to the property - and although car rides are included to go up and down the hill, some of the drivers in the evening seemed very fed up, as if we’d put them out having to come collect us - it felt awkward.

But the only small thing I can think of - other than that it was a great place to stay.

Best Villa in el nido
Pros:

The best accommodation we’ve booked in El Nido!
Staff are so friendly and helpful, easy to communicate and the onsite restaurant serves really yummy food with very reasonable price! So is the Spa we booked for 90 mins, very relaxing we didn’t leave for 2 days!
The staff came to the room with a cake for my birthday surprise and sang for me, it was beautiful and much appreciated

Cons:

Nothing at all! It was an amazing stay I only wish I could stay longer

Fabulous views
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing and the staff were always very helpful with excellent good communication. The stairs upto the room would be a challenge if you aren't fit but they do warn you in advance on it. The view is worth it. Breakfast was great and portions were quite big! Also booked a massage which was excellent!

Pros:

We alloved our stay here. We booked Joglo 3 which was a very beautiful villa with a balcony that overlooks the mountain and the ocean, with a hammock, outdoor bath and shower/bathroom
The restaurant and bar also has a nice pool and with the same view
Also loved multiple choices of complimentary breakfasts, and the hourly shuttle van service from accomodation to town and back

Cons:

When we turned up to check in at around 12 the reataurant/bar staff were deep cleaning the place and couldn't serve us until it was finished
The dinner choices weren't great, I also had a cooked blowfly on my inasal 😅

A wonderfully welcome stay in paradise
Pros:

Karuna is a gem amongst the hustle and bustle of El Nido. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with our 2 children (7&9 years) and it was wonderful. Views to die for from the front bedroom and whole living space, loads of room and great facilities. The place was cleverly set up e.g. a water cooler in each room to reduce waste, and there were fans and air conditioning and if you wanted to cook there was a well equipped kitchen. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious and the restaurant was the best food we had in El Nido at a very reasonable price, and having the dining area look over the pool and sweeping views of the bay made for spectacular meals. Would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

Nothing to fault. As is with the rest of El Nido, don’t expect the pristineness of a 5-star western resort - El Nido is a remote tropical location after all. As advertised, the villas are set in a steep slope above the beach, so access would be difficult for the very unfit or less able bodied, but the beautiful gardens and views make it worth it. Our young kids easily managed it. And there is a free shuttle to the main part of town.

Relaxing stay with excellent views and service
Pros:

Complimentary continental breakfast was excellent! My guests and I looked forward to it each morning. Honestly, all of the food at Karuna's restaurant was delicious; we had dinner twice there during our stay, and we were never disappointed. Best pina colada ever, it's a must try! Our room was spacious, clean, and perfect for 3 people; we had 2 beds, 2 showers, and a massive balcony that directly faced the sunset (amazing views!). The pool also offers amazing views and is a perfect place to unwind after a long beach/boat day. The staff tended to our every need and was always very friendly. My guests and I each enjoyed Swedish massages at Karuna's spa which were excellent and incredibly relaxing. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel, I absolutely will recommend it to my family/friends and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in and around my room in the late afternoon to early evening - this was likely sewage-related. Thankfully, it'd be gone or improved by bedtime.

Beautiful views and great food
Pros:

The view was amazing and the restaurant food was simply delicious.

Cons:

Pick up service could be more organized. Also, we arrived for breakfast at 8 am (it started at 7am and until 10am) and 2 dishes were already sold out (and the options were limited), it would perhaps be better to ask guests to chose their option the day before (rather than simply suggest it) to avoid this - as I ended up having to chose something I didn’t really like. Lastly, we are asked not to open the umbrellas by the pool due to the wind, which is not ideal as we would’ve liked to have some shade.

Toller Aufenthalt in eigenem Bungalow
Pros:

tolle Location mit einer super Aussichtslage über das Meer und tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Personal ist super freundliche und das Angebot im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Man brauch immer einen shuttle, um irgendwo hin zu kommen. Dieser wird aber vom Hotel teilw. sogar kostenlos angeboten. Die Abstimmung mit der Rezeption war sehr einfach über whatsapp. ACHTUNG die Anlage ist nichts für Leute mit Gehschwäche (aber das weiß man vorher, weil das Hotel das ganz klar auf den Buchungsplattformen macht.)

Sublime, mais pas le service.
Pros:

La villa 2 chambres avec piscine privative avec la vue sur la mer était somptueuse, mémorable ! Mais ne pas craindre les geckos !

Cons:

La qualité de service était très inférieure à mes attentes. Beaucoup d'incompréhensions, de retard de livraison de room service (à mettre en péril une expédition) et de rdv de spa pas honorés comme prévu. Ca fait beaucoup pour le prix !

Très bel endroit avec vue panoramique pour découvrir El nido
Pros:

Tout était exceptionnel : la vue de la terrasse, la qualité des équipements et les prestations (dont SPA) , la gentillesse du personnel, la localisation proche d El nido centre et de très bons restaurants de plage à 5 minutes à pied.

Cons:

Petit bémol : au niveau du service de restauration il était dommage de ne pas être servis en même temps (nous étions 4) et d avoir plusieurs plats manquants (dont poisson à la carte)

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön und wir werden das lange in Erinnerung behalten
Pros:

Die Aussicht über die Bucht und die damit verbundenen Sonnenuntergänge sind unbeschreiblich schön. Der Service und auch die Küche sind sehr gut. Es gibt kein Buffetfrühstück, dies haben wir als bereichernd empfunden. Es gibt einen regelmäßigen, kostenlosen Transport nach El Nido.

Cons:

Wifi ist nur auf ein Gerät pro Person beschränkt. Die Zugriffsqualität war auch nicht sehr stabil. Gerade in der Nacht ist die weit unterhalb der Anlage befindliche Straße deutlich hörbar, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nicht.
