Good stay
Pros:

I stayed in four different rooms/tents, the glamping is newer and i prefer the glamping of karuna on the Other Side the management is better on the villa Side. Special mention to Geo and Jane who took Some frustation away with there excellent service by the pool.

Cons:

Overpriced but they profit the lack of accomadation in el nido

Amazing views
Pros:

The photos don’t do it justice, stunning property with amazing views! The infinity pool is lovely with a stunning back drop. We stayed in Joglo 4, good location close to the pool, restaurant and spa. Beautiful view from our room too. The food was also really good and not expensive. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Massages at the spa were very relaxing. Overall highly recommend to stay here if you’re in El Nido.

A blissful stay - stunning location!
Pros:

Stunning Balinese villa overlooking the beautiful Corong Corong bay. Nestled in a natural environment with our own gecko & frog in the bathroom! Saw Palawan hornbills in trees outside our balcony, lots of different coloured butterflies, a monkey as well! Staff were excellent at all times, hotel very well run. Everything organised very efficiently, with no fuss & requests acted on straight away. Easy to arrange transport to & from airport. Lovely welcome from Ellen at Reception & fantastic hardworking staff in the restaurant. Special thanks to Wilma for serving us so well & the chefs for the delicious food & juices. We also loved the massages - best ever! Heavenly infinity pool with breathtaking view - perfect for a complete mind & body reset! Thank you!

All of them from the reception stuff till the room service staff were wearing a big smile that stole put hearts!
Our room view was magic same as the room itself !

Muito caro pelo o que oferece
Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é linda e muito bem cuidada. Ficamos no glamping e amamos, tudo funciona muito bem e é super confortável.

Cons:

Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, mas pouco eficientes, precisamos ir várias vezes na recepção por diversos problemas e só ouvimos desculpas e mais nada:
- Entraram no quarto para retirar o telefone, mesmo o funcionário tendo me visto entrar na área do quarto;
- Mudaram a senha do wi-fi e não avisaram;
- Café da manhã repetitivo e muito lento o serviço. Além do menu ser fechado e qualquer coisa além deve ser paga;
- Serviço do Shuttle, mesmo avisando com antecedência pode não ocorrer, tendo que pagar o Tuktuk por fora.

La struttura é bellissima. L’appartamento era spazioso e la vista mozzafiato.
La piscina a sfioro offre drink e la possibilità di vedere il tramonto sulla baia.
Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di colazione sul terrazzo della camera, senza nessun costo aggiuntivo.
La struttura ha un servizio di navetta gratuita fino alla città ogni ora e ci ha aiutato a noleggiare il motorino per un giorno.
Il personale é sempre disponibile e gentile.
La colazione fantastica!

Cons:

La navetta per l’aereoporto è un po’ costosa. Noi abbiamo preso un tuktuk spendendo molto meno. Peró per il resto eccezionale.

Cons:

Morgenmaden kunne godt være bedre til overnatningsstedets pris. Især at de friske juice kostede ekstra. De kunne godt være inkluderet.

Приятный отель с шикарным видом
Pros:

Персонал очень приветливый. Влюбились в Elena.
Останавливались в вилле 1, в том же здании, где рецепция. Вилла просторная, есть кухня, но мы не использовали. Хорошего качества полотенца, постельные принадлежности и постельное белье.
Бассейн инфинити с шикарным видом и отличной музыкой.
Отель находится на горе, вниз спускают машинки от отеля каждый час, возят в центр Эль Нидо и забирают. Очень удобно. До пляжа Vanila beach ехать на трицикле близко.

Cons:

Звукоизоляции на вилле совсем нет, поэтому слышны ночные завывания фанатов-караоке с улицы. Кондиционеры в спальнях очень шумно работают. Рядом с виллой расположен генератор (может, и нет), но шумел так, что сложно было уснуть.
Еда при отеле посредственная, не сами продукты, а как приготовлена.
