I loved this hotel. Very clean, beautiful room , stuff very kind and friendly. They made me feel like I’m home away from home. I highly recommend it.
Buena ducha con presión del agua , vistas a la piscina, tranquilo ( nos tocó habitación interior) con mucha luz , rodeado de patio interior con palmeras
La entrada principal está llena de escaleras que para la gente mayor es una gran dificultad.
Location was good.Anand the receptionist very friendly.
Only had 1 small toilet roll. Room cleaned but left all the rubbish.

The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They helped us plan our 3/4 days in Rishikesh, offering recommendations on what is worth seeing and how to navigate the town. They booked multiple taxis for us and helped us with rickshaws. They also accommodated a late booking at the spa for a massage for my sister.
The hotel and rooms were very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable, and the heating worked great during the winter season so we were very cozy. It was a lovely place to rest after exploring the surroundings.

O hotel é excelente e muito bonito, com uma atmosfera acolhedora que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. Os quartos são confortáveis, bem decorados e equipados, e o banheiro é muito bom — sempre limpo e funcional. O café da manhã é delicioso, com ótimas opções de culinária indiana e ocidental. A localização é perfeita: no coração de Tapovan e a uma curta caminhada da Laxman Jhula, em uma área cheia de restaurantes, cafés e lojas. Em novembro de 2025, a nova ponte, embora ainda em obras, já permite a passagem de pedestres, facilitando muito o deslocamento pela região. A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa e absolutamente prestativa — inclusive consertaram o zíper da minha mala, um gesto que demonstra o nível de cuidado e atenção com os hóspedes. O hotel oferece transfer a partir do Jolly Grant Airport (DED) mediante pagamento, algo que eu recomendo fortemente, já que o aeroporto mais próximo de Rishikesh fica em uma cidade vizinha, a cerca de 1 hora de distância. Uma estadia excelente em todos os sentidos.
The hotel is excellent and very beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated, and well equipped, and the bathroom is very good — always clean and functional. Breakfast is delicious, offering great Indian and Western options. The location is perfect: right in the heart of Tapovan and within walking distance of Laxman Jhula, in an area full of restaurants, cafés, and shops. As of November 2025, the new bridge, although still under construction, already allows pedestrian crossing, which makes getting around the area much easier. The hotel staff is wonderful and absolutely helpful — they even fixed the zipper on my suitcase, a gesture that shows how attentive they are to their guests’ needs. The hotel offers transfer service from Jolly Grant Airport (DED) for an additional fee, which I highly recommend, since the nearest airport to Rishikesh is in a neighboring city about one hour away.
No final de novembro fazia muito frio e o quarto não tinha aquecedor, mas as cobertas e edredons disponíveis eram bem quentinhos e ajudaram bastante. Isso não diminui em nada as qualidades do hotel.
At the end of November it was very cold and the room did not have a heater, but the blankets and duvets provided were warm and helped a lot. This does not affect the hotel’s overall quality in any way.
Nice location, great staff, very accommodating to special requests, overall had a fantastic stay!
