Great location, poor confort in Osaka
Pros:

The location is just perfect for mobility to every major interest in Osaka: Dotonbori, Castle, main temples, a visit to Nara. Great staff! The common area at the lobby.

Cons:

The air conditioning flow is not well positioned. The bathroom ventilation is too loud. Toilet too small. Shower could be better.
