Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, chambre propre et adaptée aux courts séjours à Osaka. Équipement ok.
Mention spéciale pour la petite boisson et les snacks offerts au long de la journée.

Cons:

Le personnel un peu dépassé par les demandes et pas capables d’expliquer clairement les différences entre le petit déjeuner à commander et celui disponible sur place.
L’absence de salle de sport est regrettable.

Goede ligging vlak bij station zeer centraal en super vriendelijk personeel. Kussens kun je kiezen zowel stevig als zacht en geluid dichte kamers

Good location, good value for money
Pros:

Close to Honmachi metro station, quiet area at nighttime. Very clean and some free tea/coffee facilities in reception. All shampoo/shower gel etc provided

Cons:

The room was quite small, even for an upgraded larger suite. There was no European tv channels to browse. There were no cups in the room for making tea (kettles are available on each floor but no cups provided)

Pros:

Good value for money and really good location. I liked how in the reception there was a social hub for people to eat their own dinner, play games etc.

Cons:

Room was extremely small and bathroom even smaller. Bathroom was also quite old and the ventilation was poor.
