Casa Verde Hotel & Events Center

Just okay for one night. Main problem is staff noise. Our room close to front desk. Staff talked and laughed there all night. Rude.

Bereits der 2. Aufenthalt in diesem liebevollen Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer(Suite) sehr geräumig mit kleiner Küche, großem Bad, einer Couchecke und in meinem Fall mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der ich auch eine Abschiedsparty mit Verwandten und Freunden abhalten konnte. Das Personal hat dies auch mit Bereitstellung von Besteck und Geschirr/Gläsern unterstützt. Das Internet ist zeitweise nicht sehr schnell, insbesondere am Nachmittag und frühen Abend, ist aber auch nicht so wichtig. Obwohl in der quirligen Stadt gelegen, it es ein angenehmer Ruhepol in liebevoll begrünter Umgebung. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

A little longer stay for a family visit and as a base to explore the Philippines. Beautifully set in Imus, I was first put in the „Malagasang“ Suite, a nice room with 2 beds a dining area. After 2 days(1 day earlier than promised) I transferred to the “Poblacion” Suite, providing the same amenities as the other Suite, but having a beautiful and big terrace big enough to invite some friends. I really felt home here!
Also the bathroom is roomy, I really have nothing to complain. Only the internet WiFi is a bit slow and unstable, but did not bother me. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is not noisy and you can really relax and sleep well there. I will return here soon, as I was completely satisfied!

The staff were friendly. There is nowhere to eat either onsite or in the immediate vicinity. The room did not have a small refrigerator although there is room for one. Similarly, there is room for a small microwave oven but there is none.

This hotel is home away from home. Staff are genuinely helpful and friendly.

Casa Verde in Imus is a place I will gladly return to. The only thing I didn’t like was the poor condition of the mattress. It had a huge duvet in the middle and hurt my back to sleep in. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and I can’t wait to see them all again!

Staff are friendly and polite but are not proactive, you have to ask exactly what you need each time. I felt safe in the hotel but food was a problem. The staff can order for you but inconvenient.

The green forest outside the property. I love the lay out and overall outside view.
However the room is very dusty and employee are noisy in the morning or evening.

I love the ambiance of the quiet, cool garden area around the meeting area and relaxation tables. The hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. The full-size beds are a little small in the family rooms. They should be upgraded into queens to fit the rest of the experience.

It’s just a place to sleep in. No food after 5 pm and before 9:00. No ice cream that they advertised. Staff are friendly, the room is okay, no hot shower, other than that overall is disappointing.

When i get to the hotel after traveling for Two day i was so tired .The hotel told me they don't accept hotel ,com booking .I had to pay again after i paid on hotel .com site .Please Refund my payment ?
