Vanivola Hotel

Hyggeligt hotel med søde medarbejdere. Lavt vandtryk og ikke altid varmt vand. Sparsommelig morgenmad. Kaffe/tea, omelet/spejlæg, baguette ( en dag var det dog foruden da de var løbet tør ) marmelade ig ind imellem også juice.
Suveræn beliggenhed. Dog lidt trafiklarm fra eneste hovedvej på øen.

restauration pas de choix: pas de carte ni pour le petit dejeuner ni pour les repas même menu pour le déjeuner et le diner. S'il arrive qu'il pleut et que vous êtes oblifés de manger à l'hôtel alors que le memu c'est le même pour midi et le soir

Période hors saison. Tranquillité assurée. Personnel sympatique toujours disponible. Très bonne restauration à prix raisonnable qui peut s'adapter aux désirs des clients.
Bungalow spacieux, lits confortables. (Petit manque : lampes de chevets)
Situation exceptionnelle face à la mer.

All I can say is WOW! From the moment we stepped of the plane until we were dropped of at the ferry terminal we were treated like royalty. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Since my wife and only speak english, we a little hesitant about staying at such a remote destination like Isle Sainte Marie, but Luca made it one or favorite vacations ever. She was more than happy to act as our interpreter and assist with booking excursions for us thru the entire stay and even arranged return travel back to Antananarivo which is quite an involved journey if you are not flying. If you are considering where to stay on Isle Sainte Marie, your search is over book the Vanivola now. The attached photo was taken from the hotel patio where we ate most of meals during our stay.

Hotel Vanivola was a wonderful place to spend a week on Isle Sainte Marie. Luca and her staff were so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. (For example, I asked about where to find fresh mangoes and "voila" they appeared in my morning salad!) The staff do everything they can to make one's stay comfortable and secure.The location is great--near restaurants and not too far to walk into town.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vanivola hotel. The hotel was very nice, but it was Luca and her staff that really made it a memorable experince. Luca treated me like family and helped me with local recommendations as well as booking local transportation. I had an issue with the ferry to the mainland and Luca was there to assist me right away. I cannot recommend her and this hotel enough. A 5 star experience.

Une salle d'eau peut-être un peu vieillotte, mais très propre et fonctionnelle

Lovely hotel with amazing views. Couple of minor issues with water being turned off but otherwise a greatbstay with very accommodating staff. Only 10 mins drive from town and airport. Would recommend

Les filles en salle et au bar d’une gentillesse extrême et le chef avait un bon humour!

On vit en fonction de la pêche, de la météo...etc.
