Delightful place to stay and enjoy the sights of Königswinter!
Pros:

We received a very warm welcome. It’s a lovely property with tasteful decor and a comfortable room with a fan to cool things down. Our bikes were well stored overnight too.

Cons:

WiFi was not good.

Stayed for 1 night before hiking trip in the area
Pros:

Check-in on site was without issues. Staff was nice and helpful.
Room and bathroom were spacious enough even with some baggage. Everything was clean. Wi-fi worked well. The area was quiet enough at night, at least when we were there. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Public transport is reasonably close and trains and buses go often.
The town is very nice and the larger area also.

Cons:

The communication before the arrival was not ideal - details should be communicated earlier, sometimes people do not have internet access on the day of arrival.

Mooi hotel voor koele dagen
Pros:

Mooi hotel, fijne inrichting, prachtige ontbijtzaal en heel bijzonder ontbijt. Helaas geen airco, het was een zeer warme dag, de kamer was echt bloedheet. De volgende keer zou ik kamer aan de achterkant nemen. De straatzijde geeft namelijk vanaf zes uur rumoer van leveranciers, bestelbusjes en ander klein vrachtverkeer en s avonds kringelt vanaf de restaurantterrassen in de straat sigarettenrook de kamer binnen. Jammer. Verder zeer aanbevelenswaardig hotel, maar dus wel bij koel weer en kamer aan achterzijde.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Gepflegtes Hotel in der Fußgängerzone von Königswinter, Am nahegelegenen Rheinufer große Restaurantauswahl. Rein vegetarisches Frühstück mit hausgemachten Dips und anderen Köstlichkeiten, am Tisch serviert. Kurzer Fußweg zum Bahnhof und zur Drachenfelsbahn.

Top hotel. En ook de vergissing over opdekken werd snel en netjes geregeld.
Pros:

Ontbijt en locatie

Cons:

Heel gek: 3 tweepersoonskamer voor 4 volwassenen en 2 pubers van 16 en 17. Bij incheck kregen we expliciet te heren: k15 is klaar voor 2 volwassenen en kamer 12 en 14 zijn klaar voor 1 volwassene & 1 kind. Toen bleken die 2 kamers te zijn opgedekt voor 1 persoon. De avondploeg moest toen nog dekbedden en kussens leveren. Ik vermoed een misverstand intern. Wat verder was alles perfect.
Tip: als een gezin met 6 personen (ouders met 4 grotere kinderen) boekt is de simpele logica dat de ouders kamer delen, de Jong volwassen kinderen, en de grote pubers. Nu leek het verwerkt als 3 losse boekingen waarbij steeds per kamer 1 volwassene noodzakelijk is.
