Kind staff and central location
Pros:

The staff is extremely nice and cares about the comfort of the guests. Breakfast has a wide selection of foods and breakfast staff is very attentive, special thanks to Gözde who made sure I had a wonderful experience. Location is very central and close to Taksim metro station.

Cons:

My room was comfortable enough but directly facing a restaurant. It was rather noisy and had to sleep with earplugs - of course, noise is to be expected at such a central location and perhaps rooms on higher floors feel more private and calm.

Если просто переночевать между стыковками рейсов, то нормально.
Pros:

Номер чистый. Кондиционер работал. Персонал услужливый.

Cons:

Отель маленький. Фото отеля сделано с удачного ракурса, выглядит масштабно. Находится на узенькой улочке (впрочем здесь кругом такие). Окна были в соседнюю стену. Слышно мечеть. Завтраки хоть и пишут прекрасные, но мне нечего было есть: всего много, а поесть нечего. Много солений, 2 вида сладких пирогов, колбаса, фрукты не первой свежести.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The location of hotel and also breakfast is great. Also, their nice staff like Ayhan, Gozde and Niloofer in restaurants were great. We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel.

Cons:

The toilet bidet does not work properly and it was out of order.

Стоит обновить подушки, матрасы. А в остальном норм
Pros:

Хорошая локация, если хотите посетить улицу Истикляль и площадь Таксим. Приветливый персонал. Ахмет был очень внимательным! Полотенца чистые и новые

Cons:

Не удобная постель-матрас толи жесткий, толи в каких-то комках. Не хватает в номере гладильной доски и утюга)

Hervorragendes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service, perfekter Lage und sehr sauberem Zimmer

Das Hotel war hervorragend. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Zimmer war gross, geräumig und äusserst sauber. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Frau Ayten für die hervorragende Reinigung und die aussergewöhnliche Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Gözde und Ayhan vom Restaurant-Service für ihre Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und den tollen Service. Dies ist das beste Hotel, in dem ich in Taksim je übernachtet habe. Ich komme gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wer hier übernachtet, wird es nicht bereuen.

Excellent séjour, excellent emplacement, excellent petit déjeuner, personnel attentionné
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le balcon de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel, la variété du buffet du petit déjeuner et la sollicitude de Ahyan et de sa collègue.

Cons:

Pas vraiment un reproche, mais la taille de la chambre si vous êtes à deux avec une valise chacune.
