Felaket bir bayram tatili
Pros:

Odalarda ne.klima ne.de temizlik vardı.Oda kahvaltı parası ödedik.Kahvaltı yoktu. Bizde sizle anlaşılan parayı aldılar .İtiraz ettim.Kabul edilmedi.yada hesabınızdan çekeriz dediler.Sizin müşteri hizmetlerinizde yardımcı olmadi.Sadece şikayet yazın dediler.
