Loved the return to this lovely, central hotel. As always, very nice staff, clean and well-maintained room.

Cons:

Not too happy about the handling of legitimate concerns about data security. I had gotten a scam message before my stay that made it fairly clear that either booking.com or the hotel had a data leak. Told the hotel that apparently there was an issue with the data and the replies I got were not very helpful. The situation was not really resolved, either.

Pros:

Отель великолепен. Прекрасное местоположение. Очень удобно для любого транспорта: от аэропорта 25 мин на метро линия U2. От метро до входа в отель 3-4 мин. Отличные и качественные завтраки. Замечательный и внимательный персонал. До абсолютного центра несколько минут пешком. Очень рекомендуем

Cons:

Это скорее пожелание. Было бы неплохо добавить в номера мини кофемашину и чайник. Думаю стоимость проживания это позволяет

Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, being close to the train station and old town was convenient.

Cons:

The rooms are small. The shower is incredibly tiny. Fine for me, since I'm small, but a large person not so much. Although the breakfast was plentiful, it wasn't that good.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica in zona traffico limitato ma si può accedere per scaricare le valigie poi ci hanno indicato un garage a 80 metri dalla struttura di loro proprietà. Una volta parcheggiato si può raggiungere tutto a piedi e non utilizzare più l’auto. Camera accogliente e personale gentilissimo. Colazione molto ricca con anche prodotti del territorio. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Gut geführt, perfekte Lage.
Pros:

Super Lage in der Altstadt, gleich beim Hauptbahnhof. Parken mit dem Auto ist auch kein Problem. Herrliches Frühstück, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Las habitaciones tiene todas las comodidades y son súper limpias. El desayuno exquisito. La ubicación muy buena!

Cons:

Tuvimos dificultad para regular el aire acondicionado pero porque somos friolentos y estaba en 24 grados y preferimos 25 o 26..

Great location and easy to get to and from. Rooms were ideal for our needs and we were able to really enjoy the fabulous breakfast!

Tot in de puntjes verzorgd en gastvrij.
Pros:

Hele centrale ligging. PAL naast hauptbahnhof, maar binnen de muren van de Altstadt. Heel fijn dat het geen ketenhotel is, maar zelfstandig. Superontbijt en service.
