Es gab kein Wasserglas auf dem Zimmer, obwohl man Mineralwasser am Empfang bekommen hat.
Der Schnitt des Zimmers war so, dass die Garderobe und somit auch die Straßenbekleidung und Schuhe praktisch direkt neben dem Bett waren.

Kein Wasserkocher und auch keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer in einem 4sterne Hotel ist heutzutage ein klares Manko.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star property.
The most concerning issue involved a member of the front desk staff, darkhaired gentleman who was also on duty on the day of my chek-out. Following a misunderstanding at the restaurant located next door to the hotel, a waiter followed me into the hotel lobby and even held the elevator door. Instead of protecting the privacy and security of a hotel guest, the front desk employee asked me for my room number so he could provide it to the restaurant staff. I found this completely inappropriate and a serious violation of guest privacy. Where data protection(Datenschutz)is taken very seriously in the world, I was shocked that my personal information could be discussed so casually.
What made the situation even worse was that the front desk employee and the waitress were speaking negatively about me in German, apparently assuming I would not understand them. Unfortunately for them, I am fluent in German. I found this behavior highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating.
I can honestly say I have never experienced such treatment in all my years of travel. Paying over €250 per night, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service.
My room itself was in a quiet area, as requested which I appreciated. However, the guests in the room above me were extremely noisy. Fortunately, I spent most of my time outside the hotel.
In general, I did not find the staff particularly helpful. There was no assistance with luggage, and guests were largely left to handle everything themselves. This is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel.
The breakfast was also disappointing, fresh juice was not available, and the staff seemed unusually restrictive when it came to serving eggs.
The lack of customer service, the disrespectful treatment by the front desk staff, and the apparent disregard for guest privacy left a very negative impression.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff spoke neither good German nor good English, which led to constant communication problems.

We were initially given a family room that smelled extremely bad, almost like feces. The air conditioning was only switched on very late, making the room unbearably hot for a long time, and there was no proper ventilation. The overall impression was that the room was dirty and poorly maintained, especially the family accommodation. Despite traveling with two small children, no baby cot was provided.

After we complained, we were offered a different room. Although the smell of feces was gone, the room was extremely musty, significantly smaller than the family room, and the air conditioning was not running at all, making the room uncomfortably hot. This made an overnight stay with small children practically impossible. Again, there was no possibility of getting a baby cot. In addition, the ceilings were surprisingly low, giving the room the feel of a budget hotel rather than a four-star property.

The walk from the parking area to the hotel is much longer than suggested in the description and is particularly inconvenient for families with small children or guests with mobility limitations.

The staff appeared disorganized and unable to handle even simple requests. In the end, we decided not to stay at the hotel at all. They were not even willing to provide written confirmation that we had given up our stay.

The price-performance ratio is extremely poor. The facilities and overall standard, especially in the rooms we were offered, are much closer to a basic two-star hotel than to a four-star property.

Despite the fact that there was no safe or suitable possibility for us to stay overnight with our two small children, the hotel did not offer any refund or compensation. On the contrary, we were informed that we would have to pay the full amount regardless.
