Una muy buena elección
Pros:

Desayuno, tranquilidad, limpieza y especialmente la amabilidad del personal. Ubicación excelente.

Cons:

Tamaño aseo justo pero suficiente. El garaje fuera del hotel pero cómodo de llegar y con amplias plazas. En general, nada que no esté sobradamente compensado con los aspectos positivos

Alles klopt aan dit hotel
Pros:

-Gebouw is prachtig.
-Medewerkers erg vriendelijk en klantgericht.
-Kamer temperatuur kun je zelf regelen ,er is airco en de geluidsdichte ramen kunnen open.
-Kamer is standaard, douche voor ons groot genoeg.
- Alles wat wij hebben gezien was schoon
-We proberen de vluchtwegen uit als we ergens verblijven ,een van de vluchtwegen via de toren met de wenteltrap is leuk.
-Ontbijt en de medewerkers daar zijn goud .Geweldig .
-De receptie is 24 uur bemand en dat verhoogt ons veiligheid gevoel.

Cons:

Dit was ons vierde verblijf , de verwachtingen waren hoog en jullie hebben het weer waar gemaakt .Graag tot de volgende keer.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro histórico, dentro de las murallas y a un minuto de la estación central. La habitación de muy buen tamaño y con gran espacio para colgar la ropa.

Parfait!
Pros:

Tout est parfait, l'emplacement, le personnel, la propreté et le confort. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, des produits frais et une grande variété. J'aurais aimé y rester plus longtemps! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Ottimo albergo ma troppo caro per andarci durante le fiere
Pros:

La colazione è varia e ricca oltre ogni immaginazione- Il personale è estremamente gentile ed attento a qualunque esigenza.

Cons:

La mia camera aveva un bagno molto piccolo , con il water senza doccetta. Mancava la cuffia per capelli per la doccia, un kit per struccarsi ( vanity set) . Nonostante il costo più che triplicato a causa della fiera , non c'era una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto in camera o un balsamo per capelli o una crema idratante corpo da offrire gratuitamente all'ospite. Nemmeno un bollitore con tisane o the e caffè da potersi bere in camera. C'era la possibilità di farsi un thè vicino alla reception. Francamente un value for money molto basso rispetto ad altri alberghi di pari costo durante le fiere.

Apart from the initial hiccup we had a great stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Superb location helpful.

Cons:

I chose a smoke free hotel as I have asthma. Our room upon arrival stank of stale smoke. It was clean but nothing was done about the smoke. I had to negotiate a change of rooms which we eventually got after I pointed out that the smoke residue was likely to me into hospital. The staff was polite at all times - to their credit.
I still fail to understand how a hotel can be accredited as smoke free after such a negligence.
