Luxuriös und geräumig
Pros:

Sehr modernes, großzügig ausgelegtes und luxuriöses Hotel. Zimmer waren hervorragend für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Frühstück super mit Rooftop Aussicht. Parkplätze direkt vorm Hotel. Alles sicher. Und Hammer Aussicht auf Skopje. Super Hotel!

Berbat bir çalışma ekibiyle ancak 1 gün katlanabildiğim bir deneyim.
Pros:

Tesis kendi içerisinde fiyat performans olarak donanımlı ve iç kısmı güzel dizaynlıydı. Dışardan bakınca içindekilerin de profesyonel ve kaliteli olduğunu sanıyorsunuz. Ama musluk için kullanılan malzeme kadar bile kalite yok çalışanlarda.

Cons:

Personelleri korkunçtu. Çalışan değil de sanki evinde istenemediğin birilerinin evine misafirliğe gitmiş gibi hissettirdi. Çalışanların küçümseyici davranışları hizmet kalitesini o kadar düşürüyor ki tesisin hiç bir anlamı kalmıyor. Biran evvel çıkmak istedik otelden. Sky bar personelleri ve resepsiyonda bizi gece karşılayan resepsiyonist beyefendinin kaba ve üslupsuz tavrı bize unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşattı. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum bir çok platformda çalışanlarla ilgili kötü yorumları var zaten ama bu kadar etkili olacağını hiç düşünememiştim.

De locatie is prima met een fantastisch uitzicht. Prima ontbijt en vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het schoonmaken van de kamers zou zeker wel beter kunnen, niet alleen elke dag schone handdoeken maar ook een keer ergens doekje overhalen en stofzuigen.
