Hotel Palacio De Meras

Very nice hotel - especially given the area (Tineo is very small). Definitely worth the splurge if you are walking the Camino de Santiago.

Beautiful and central. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable but staff were terrible. Long wait (30 mins) to check in then I was told I had to pay again as credit card payment did not go through. This was wrong and I was able to show that. Design of hotel inside looks cool but actually makes for a very noisy stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf dem Kamin Primitivo! Hier kann man gut einen Ruhetag einlegen.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful The suite was very large and had everything we needed.We were very disappointed with breakfast, which consisted of a large pain au chocolate, coffee and orange juice. For 16 euros we expected more. The vast majority of bars and restaurants and all shops were closed for the duration of our stay (Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning

Beautiful property and room. Great food in the hotel restaurant. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful - even though my Spanish is terrible. Grocery store and other restaurants and stores writhing short walking distance.
Room had an actual tub which was awesome after a day on the Camino!

The room was good, the shower in the bath is uncomfortable.
The service in the hotel is just available in spanish, we asked for that. We've been there for 3 days and we have never been greeted. They don't notice us when we pass.

Schwache Leistung generell, Abendessen für Pilger erst ab 20.00, keine geeignete Ambiente, Frühstück erst ab 8.00, sehr wenig was zum Essen ( eine Variante für Käse und Schinken für 4-Sterne Hotel☹️). Die Damen an der Reception sind nicht in der Lage, auf Englisch was zu erklären. Die Rettung war ein gutes Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They endured our basic Spanish and they spoke adequate English. The hotel is first class.

teniamos un regalo de bienvenida, a través de hoteles.com, que no nos dieron, lo pedimos hasta en 2 ocasiones, pero la falta de personal se traduce en falta de atención a los clientes

Se trata de un hotel aceptable con un personal muy amable y dedicado pero escaso para poder atender a su numerosa clientela.

Habitación limpia. Muy amplia y cómoda. El trato por las recepcionistas fue excelente. El precio muy bueno por estar en un antiguo palacio con mucha historia.

Buena atención del personal. Habitaciónes amplias. Buen estado del hotel. La única cosa negativa sería la calidad del colchón. Sin ser malo no corresponde a la categoría del hotel. Esto lo voy hechando en muchos hoteles.
