Enjoining
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. Amazing location, clean rooms even though they were on the smaller side, the breakfast was definitely worth the extra fee, not a huge selection, but definitely something for everyone and very fresh food.

Cons:

We noticed a few members of the staff who weren’t particularly welcoming, for example at check in, where we were dismissed quite quickly.
This can’t be said for the whole staff of course.

Great value hotel
Pros:

Great value, fantastic staff and lovely lobby area and bar.
Great location, opposite city park and walking distance to El Born and easy travel options for main city sites.

Cons:

Room was a little too small but ok for our short stay

Good location
Pros:

Very nice location, easy to walk around everywhere in the old town and towards the sea, very nice terrace on the top floor and very clean

Cons:

The standard room is really small, so I suggest booking something bigger if you plan to stay several days. There was a lack of essential services: no wardrobe, no bottled water provided, no tea/fridge in the room, no extra pillows or blanket, old heating / cooling system that wasn’t so efficient. For the price, a lot of improvement can be made
