Pros:

Una ubicación muy buena, cerca de la ciudad alta a un paseo y ciudad baja.
A 2 minutos andando de Academia Carrara y el GAMeC
Una terracita en un porche de un bar de barrio también a 2 minutos, para tomar a última hora del día una cerveza y algo para picar muy bien de precio, si continuas bajando hasta la Avda. Principal, a mano derecha una heladería de mucha calidad.
Un paseo por ese barrio merece sin lugar a dudas un buen pasro

Нам дуже сподобалось це помешкання! Тихо, чисто, уважний персонал, атмосферний цікавий інтерʼєр, відкрита тераса додала особливого враження! Розташування зручне, близько до старого міста і ярмарку.

Cons:

Одного рушника для кожного і одного на всіх для ніг було замало, потрібен ще хочаб один рушник для того аби витирати руки.

Overall good. Needs some fine tuning.
Pros:

Overall good apartment. A guy communicates with you and give you very very accurate directions and help how to find the hotel. The girl in the reception very kind and helpful as well. Overall good experience. It is close to funicolare. About 10 minutes walk.

Cons:

Only issue I saw. I arrived at noon. Everything was closed and I didn't find in the room just a bottle of water. In every good hotel in the world you will find at least a bottle of water and sometimes a small wine. So bring water with you, the closest super market is 20 minutes walk to go and 20 min back. .Another problem was that the room was cold and in all my trial to find the air conditioner controller, I didn't manage to find it after 1 hour of research in every possible place.
