Disaster
Pros:

Nothing I liked about the breakfast. The pictures are totally misleading.
Juice are diluted squash
Eggs cooked very hard
Scrambled eggs dry no moisture at all.
One toaster for all you have to queue to get your toast
Coffee cold.
Disaster.

Cons:

Everything.
Location is way out to get down town Sarajevo it will cost 40 euro. No need to travel at night too dangerous by taxi roads have no street light. You are stuck in the hotel.

Doğa’nın içinde olması,Odaların geniş ve ferah olması, personelin büyük bir kısmının ilgili ve güleryüzlü olması, kahvaltı’nın yeterli seviyede olması,

Yataklar rahat değildi, yatak bazası sürekli gıcırdayıp çok ses çıkarıyordu.

Fantastican obiteljski hotel okruzen prirodom,pri check in smo dobili upgrade sobe u rabbit suite i djeca su bila odusevljena,hotel je nadmasio nasa ocekivanja te cemo se rado opet vratiti.

Tip top! Lage, Sauberkeit, Schwimmbad, Wellnes, Gegend, Spielplatz rundherum, Personal und ein mega leckeres Frühstück mit Bosnian Corner (pite, kajmak, sudzuk, usw.) - alles war wirklich sehr gut! Ich war positiv überrascht. Als Person, die gerne reist und verschiedene Hotels testet, würde ich zum 1.Mal wieder in das gleiche Hotel kommen!

Cons:

Das einzig schlechte war unser Bett, den man bei jeder kleinen Bewegung hörte, aber uns hat das nicht so sehr gestört, da wir extrem müde waren.

Cons:

I booked a massage appointment with them, and they asked me to pay a deposit in advance. When my appointment time came, they informed me that the staff member had not shown up. When I requested a refund, they told me the money would be returned through the bank within 3 days, but until now I still haven’t received my money.

I hate smokers more than I hate drinkers
Pros:

lovely rooms, good fun staff.

Cons:

SMOKING, how does a company ban alcohol but let people smoke around the hotel, staff, customers and passers by. there are no nonsmoking zones outside. if this is religious then smoking should be banned everywhere!!! 😡😡😡

كانت من اجمل ايام شهر العسل التي قضيتها مع زوجتي في البوسنة
Pros:

تصميم الفندق من الداخل والخارج الجلسات الداخلية والخارجية ايضاً و الخدمات المتوفرة مثل الإفطار و نادي رياضي و مسبح داخلي و جاكوزي وحمام ساونا ويوجد مطعم و محل كوفي ، كان تعامل جميع الموظفين في قمة الرقي ، ولا انسى ألعاب الأطفال بجوار الفندق.

عدم توفر عامل لنقل الأمتعة من و إلى الفندق ولكن يتوفر لديهم عربة نقل أمتعة
