Pros:

The only nice thing is the forest and the exterior of the property, but the interior is very poorly maintained.

Cons:

Downstairs there is a playroom for children, but unfortunately the area is very poorly maintained. There was an incredibly strong and nauseating smell, the floor was dirty, and some doors were left open, exposing containers and products used for the swimming pool. There was even a detached door leaning against the wall, which could potentially fall on a child.
When we arrived, they were unable to open the door to our room and made us wait for more than fifteen minutes. In the end, they gave us another room that was supposed to accommodate four people, but it was extremely small and also not very clean.
We then asked for a beer and were told they only had non-alcoholic beer, priced at €8. Overall, we found the prices far too high considering the level of service and the condition of the property.
A very disappointing experience. I definitely would not stay here again.

Pros:

Location, outside looks of the hotel.

Cons:

Restaurant, and food. Disappointing. And people who work in the hotel assumed i would pay in cash instead of asking and i had to pay with cash because they didnt ask before. Food was avarage. But defenetly not worth the money we paid for one night. TV in the room is old also the air conditioning barely cools the room in the summer bc its obviously older and not strong enough.

Probleme werden ignoriert, sehr schlechter Kundenservice!

Sehr schöne Lage in den Bergen und dennoch nah an der Altstadt. Wildpferde, die jeden Abend gekommen sind.

Cons:

Wir hatten uns eigentlich sehr auf dieses Hotel gefreut, wurden aber leider enttäuscht. Gleich am ersten Tag bemängelten wir den Zustand des Bades. Beim Duschen fiel einfach tabte von der Decke ab. Wir reklamierten es umgehend und man versprach uns, dass wir am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer beziehen durften. Als am nächsten Tag niemand auf uns zukam, gingen wir wieder zur Rezeption. Das es anderenär Mitarbeiter war, wollte er sich nochmal mit seiner Kollegin austauschen und versicherte uns, dass er sich dann melden würde. Auch hier ist nichts passiert. Wir waren 5 Tage im Hotel. Jeden Tag haben wir nachgefragt und als man dann meinte man hätte keine Zimmer mehr frei, bestand ich auf eine entsprechende Entschädigung, da wir die Dusche nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Meine Anfragen wurden mehrmals ignoriert. Ich schaltete den booking Service ein und man gab dem Hotel 5 tage Zeit sich zu melden und auchvhier wurde man einfach ignoriert. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um. So was haben wir wirklich nirgends erlebt, ein Kundenservice der einen einfach ignoriert.
Davon abgesehen war die Ausstattung eher in die Jahre gekommen, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr überschaubar und wiederholend.

Wäre man uns entgegenkommen hätten wir mit Sicherheit eine bessere Bewertung abgegeben und die Bildernicht veröffentlicht, aber nicht wenn man schlichtweg ignoriert wird.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. It is surrounded by beautiful forest, and the fresh air makes you smile all the time. The room was quiet and clean, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Overall, a peaceful place with lovely surroundings and a very welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view. We even saw some wild horses roaming around the hotel grounds, which was a nice surprise! :)

The hotel is set in the forest on a hill above Sarajevo, with a beautiful terrace where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

* Unfreundliche/ungünstige Ankunft: Laute Musik bis 23 Uhr; Babybett bei Ankunft nicht vorbereitet, dadurch Wartezeit und gestörter Schlaf des Kindes.
* Wasserausfall: In der ersten Nacht war die Wasserversorgung komplett unterbrochen.
* Unsauberer Whirlpool: Stark verschmutzt, mit sichtbarem Schmutz und Ablagerungen.
* Mangelhafter Zustand des Badezimmers: Defekte Dusche, Schimmel und Rost sowie wurmartige Tiere aus dem Abfluss.
* Enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Laut Bewertung gibt es für den gleichen Preis deutlich bessere Hotels.
* „Halal“-Konzept enttäuschend: Der Poolbereich entspricht offenbar nicht den Erwartungen an ein entsprechendes Hotel, da dort auch freizügige Badekleidung getragen wird.
