Le condizioni di igiene della camera era ottima.
Buono anche il livello del cibo e della cucina in generale.
Cortese il personale al desk di accettazione.

Cons:

La spa e l'area benessere in generale risultano sotto dimensionati rispetto al numero di ospiti presenti al momento del soggiorno. Siamo entrati nell'area benessere e sui divanetti e letti adiacenti vi erano sparpagliati in maniera disordinata gli accappatoi e ciabatte delle persone già dentro la Spa. Visivamente non era il massimo e dava un'impressione di disordine e scarsa cura.

Tutto… pulitissimo, personale super gentile e disponibile, ottimo il servizio per bambini alla villa dumbo, I miei nipoti hanno pianto quando siamo ripartiti.

Colazione ottima come pure la cena con grande attenzione anche alle mie intolleranze; la cucina è da elogiare con un'ampia scelta di piatti gustosi e un buffet molto ricco, qualità rara da trovare nella formula "mezza pensione". Personale molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo cordiale e accogliente, attentissimo ai dettagli.
Camera luminosa e fornita di ogni comfort.
Posizione vicino al centro. Parcheggio privato.
