Napzone KLIA by Sovotel

I couldnt check in. My flight landed at 8 pm and i was there at 9 pm. It was closed with no one jn the check in counter

チェックイン後に指定のキャビンに行ったところ、ロールカーテンが閉まっていて、しかもロールカーテンを開ける紐はキャビンの内側にあり、中に入りにくかった。
チェックインの時に何も説明がなく、カードキーを差し込むと灯りが点くということを知らなかったので手間取った。

シンガポールからLCCで深夜に到着し、翌朝の便で成田までいくのに、トランジットの中休みに利用しました。

【良かった点】
・寝台はきれいで、充電コンセントが１つさせます。
　体安めにはちょうどよい空間でした。
・また、マッサージチェアが使い放題なのはよかったです。足の疲れが癒されました。
・コーヒーが無料で飲めました。

【残念だった点】
・どこかのサイトで水のペットボトルが１本もらえると書いてあり、期待していきましたが、サービスとしてはなかったです。
・また、ホテル内に、バスもトイレもありません。
　搭乗ゲート近くのトイレを使用しました。
・とにかく、場所がわかりにくい

場所がわかりにくかったので、アクセスについて詳しく記載しておきます。

まず、LCC到着すると、KLIA2のターミナルに到着するので
いったん、クアラルンプールに入国手続きをします。
その後、KLIA2の到着ゲートをでて、KLIAのターミナルを移動する必要があり無料シャトルバスで向かいました。
しかし、この無料シャトルバスがわかりにくいので
事前に乗り場を確認していった方がいいと思います。

KLIA2から、途中大きな駐車場で一回止まり、その後KLIAに向かいました。
この間、シャトルバスだけで20分以上は見ておいた方がいいです。
ターミナル間の移動が時間がかかったイメージでした。

空港についたら、出国審査を行い、搭乗ゲートに向かいます。

沒有厠所及盥洗設施。需用機場的但不知為何何關閉，需至較遠處。洗澡要找另一處並付費但check in 時員工有告知。必須辦好登機手續，才能到此旅店因位置在登櫛門C11附近，問了好多工作人員才阺達。價格實費。工作人員態度很好

深夜に到着して乗継の為に利用したが、深夜なのに施設内の工事がうるさくて眠れなかった。

It was at the smack within the airport,for the real lazy who likes next door flight to hotel to restaurant travel.

The hotel is inside international departure hall. You need to have the international boarding pass before check in to this hotel. Not recommended to domestic travelers.

純粹床鋪，沒有淋浴設備，需要搭配貴賓室使用。

費用対効果を考えると良い時間潰しの場。カプセルホテルのようなスタイルで、快適に寝られます。

Perfect place for a quick overnight stay. Much cheaper than a 'proper' hotel but still comfortable enough to sleep for a few hours. Directions should be better - it is hard to find the place!

Gave us a locker to store our belongings. Need earplug for light sleepers.

샤워시설 화장실은 없다 그래도 가격대비 트렌짓호텔 사용 매우 만족이다. 딱 정말 잠만 자는곳! 난 샤워가 필요해서 사마사마 익스프레스 호텔에서 32링깃을 내고 샤워후 이곳에서 잠만 잤다. 데스크 직원도 매우 친절했고 잠만 자기엔 부족함이 없음. 개인락커도 지급됨. 난 사용하지 않았지만 괜찮은듯. 그리고 충전을 하고 싶다면 말레이시아 전압으로 챙겨야함. 난 없어서 충전못함. 혹시 데스크에 물어보면 있을수도? 샤워시설이 없다는걸 감안하면 가격대비 매우만족. 다시 방문할 생각 있음.

Good place but it is a bit hot.

Very pleasant and silent place to have rest, I caught up on my sleep after 13hours long flight and relaxed on massage chair for the rest of my time at napzone, it was very refreshing.

Very close to gate C12, you can take aerotrain to separate building but not KLIA2.
They offer free drinking water, hot water and coffee.
Locker is medium size. I slept on clean bed for 3 hours at noon and better than have a nap on chair.
I would recommend if you need privacy for laying down. Is it for sleeping not for computer business passengers, All costs with outside eating is much better than plaza premium lounge which is no beds.

Comfortable sleep is provided.
Clean bed.
Free drinks(Coffee,Tea,Water)
Massage chairs are installed.
