We were at the Drunch market for dinner, the food was great, great ambience. Besides dinner, we were impressed by the magic surprise from Mr. Anas the magician.
Had a great dining experience at the Drunch Market at Thai Soul in Grand Hyatt. Magician Anas was the icing on the cake. It was really mesmerising.
One of the best Hyatt locations is Grand Hyatt Bolgatty. I am a frequent visitor to Grand Hyatt Mumbai and Grand Hyatt San Diego. Among the 3, Bolgatty experience was a great pleasure. In terms of hospitality, I found Bolgatty Hyatt su the top.
To put a few names - Najrulb(Customer relations, PR, The club), Sajitha (guest services), Ananya (from the club), the head Chef (Selva), Pranita Rai, Nikita Singh - Best team put together.
I got a great experience while staying there. But I forgot my Oakley Sunglasses in the Hyatt boat. I realised only after I came home. This Hyatt team mentioned above, got into this issue and made sure my sunglasses are found and then confirmed they are mine and then mailed them to me. These were very costly prescription sunglasses for me, precious due to memories attached to it. This Hyatt team delivered it perfectly without too much followup.

Just loved our stay at Hyatt—it was truly peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property is beautifully maintained, very kid-friendly, and thoughtfully designed, making it ideal for families as well as couples. The ambience, greenery, and overall vibe create a calm and refreshing experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the property itself felt safe and welcoming for children. While the hotel was quite busy during our stay, the overall experience remained enjoyable. The location, amenities, and serene atmosphere made our time here memorable. An amazing property that offers a refreshing break from routine, and we would definitely consider visiting again.

We came here in hyatt having in new year dinner at malabar Cafe and the food was great experience .
Especially we met with a magician named Anas, he showed us one of the best quick magic tricks that really shocked us.
Overall the experience was so great and satisfied.
We visited Malabar cafe for New Year dinner and it was a great experience.The food,ambienece and eveything was top notch.The magic show by Mr Anas was really spectacular.He surprised us with his tricks.And he also did beautiful balloon toys.
The New Year's Eve dinner had an amazing food spread and we were really entertained by the great Magic performance by Mr Anas . The magic was very unique. Do experience the magic. It was amazing ! Kids totally enjoyed the balloons and the magic . Great music and great service. Thank you !

We had sunday brunch at Malabar cafe. It was an excellent experience with the food exceptionally good and the ambience was very nice. The programmes they organised were also hood with live music and also the magic program by magician Anas was an awesome one.
We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt's Malabar Sunday brunch! The food and ambience were incredible, and the live music set the perfect mood. A huge shoutout to Mr. Anas, an exceptional magician who left us absolutely mind-blown with his joyful and hilarious performance.
