Pros:

Hotel room was basic but very nice and extremely quiet. It was an easy walk to anywhere in the old town. Only problem was staff lost my reservation for a parking spot, but we worked that out.

Pros:

We stayed 3 nights. Very nice hotel, front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, reserved a parking (35 euro daily) in the basement, we had Deluxe room with 2 twin beds, it was pretty new and modern but small ( barely can fit 2 suitcases), can hear rain drop sound from ceiling at night and morning (may be were footsteps). Heater towel warmer rack in the bathroom to dry clothes was great. Our friend had Juior Suite for 25 euro more per night, next time we would choose this kind of the room if we ever go back.

Lots going for it, but..
Pros:

Nice hotel with very pleasant and capable staff. We were on the top floor, small but modern room with everything needed, basically quiet until neighbours slammed doors and woke us up, we couldn’t sleep after that. Street parking is limited.

Perfect intramuros choice
Pros:

Great experience, modern, central, comfy. Rare to find in the inner city, our new go to choice. Minor downsides - only 1 key card per stay possible, can’t adjust the aircon to be cooler (eco hotel given as reason).

Fairly basic for a 4 star but acceptable, if you want to park, you MUST prebook as there is very limited parking. We were lucky but there is very limited parking in St Malo.. the public car parks are not hugely secure and often full at weekends - especially in season. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient being in the middle of st malo

Pros:

It may be the best hotel within the walls of St Malo. A bit of an oasis. Hotel room was modern and quiet (August). The ability to park under the hotel was a bonus in a very congested Intra Muros area. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area in front of the hotel that overlooked a quiet square.

Pros:

This is a 4 star hotel that did not live up to expectations, as far as the room itself was concerned. Abundant use of Formica finishes, in places bubbled and chipped, and its wood effect flooring, gave it the appearance of a 1980s touring caravan. The shower room was basic and with its glass door afforded little privacy. Going to the loo in the night means flooding the bedroom with light. The bed was not particularly comfortable and the air conditioning of limited effect.

Pros:

Nice modern hotel right in the center of the old city. Great terrace out front but expensive. Has air conditioning unlike many other hotels in Normandy and Brittany. The people working there were helpful.

Pros:

This was a great hotel with nice staff. There were 2 problems that we faced:
1) The streets were very narrow and it was a struggle to drive our big SUV rental car.
2) During the weekend, there was only one receptionist and s/he was either very busy with many customers or not around. They need to hire more receptionists at night or weekends.


The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly.
