Room was the best in the hotel, Breakfast was decent, the location was excellent as it was walking distance to the Metro that took us to all the tourist attractions.
Breakfast could have been better, the cost of room service and meals at the hotel restuarant were extortionate although the food was excellent. They could have been more price friendly.

В отеле чисто, номера просторные. Персонал отеля отзывчивый, готов помочь в любой ситуации. Остановка трамвая рядом с отелем, очень удобно добираться в центр.
Завтрак не очень разнообразный. Необходимо добавить тушеных овощей и тушеного мяса.

يوجد تلاعب وغش واحتيال اثناء تسجيل الخروج واضافة مبلغ من المشروبات بالميني بار بالغرفة لم استخدمها ابداً الرجاء الانتباه اثناء الحجز
كل شي في الفندق راااائع من نظافه ومن تعامل الموظفين والمدير سراج ماقصر ومرتبة السرير مريحه والفطور لذيذ ومنوع وهاذي ثالث مرا انزل فيه وكل زياره ل اسطنبول لازم انزل فيه
