Pros:

You need a tram to go to the center. But the walking from the tram station to the hotel door was absolutely safe. The use of the spa was stunning! Rich breakfast with local products. Very comfortable beds.
Highlight our Saturday night in the restaurant of the hotel ( Halic) which made our night. Very good food and the musicians excellent. Very original music night with locals, not touristic at all.

Cons:

The massage was a llitle bit strong and the peeling with the salt in the turkish bath seemed a little aggressive. But I still enjoyed it.

Отличный отель. Вкусный завтрак. Номер чистый и уютный. Приветливые сотрудники, на ресепшн милый парень Михаил очень нам помогал и рассказал, как двигаться по городу и куда можно пойти покушать😍 за что ему отдельное спасибо
Расположение немного расстроило нас в начале, т.к находится дальше от центра города, больше в старой части. Но после толпы туристов и многолюдных мест, оказаться в тихом районе самое то. Плюсом недалеко находится район Балат, с их разноцветными и невысокими домами. Очень аутентично

Pros:

Wir sind bereits um 8:30 Uhr im Hotel angekommen, obwohl der reguläre Check-in erst ab 14:00 Uhr möglich gewesen wäre. Zu unserer großen Freude durften wir sofort unser Zimmer beziehen. Das war eine sehr nette und großzügige Geste seitens des Hotels, wofür wir wirklich dankbar sind.

Das Hotel liegt nur 3 Gehminuten von der Tramstation Ayvansaray entfernt. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man mit der Tram in Eminönü oder 15 min. In Ubahn station Haliç.

Die Umgebung ist typisch für Istanbul mit alten Gebäuden, die teils in schlechtem Zustand sind – hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel selbst zu tun.

Für mich war wichtig, einen sicheren Parkplatz zu haben, und das wurde vom Hotel geboten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Direkt neben dem Hotel steht eine historische Kirche, wo rund um die Uhr ein Polizeiauto stationiert ist – das gibt zusätzliche Sicherheit.

Frühstück war gut, besonders das Menemen.
Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, ich würde wiederkommen.

Cons:

In einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet man im Bad eine bessere Ausstattung, zum Beispiel Zahnbürste, mehr Hygieneartikel sowie qualitativ hochwertigere Duschgels und Shampoos.

Die Backwaren könnten frischer sein besonders Simit !
