Loved the size of the rooms and the size of the showers and toilet! Was really spacious, the hotel itself was so clean and smelt very pleasant. The staff deserve a pay rise they were all friendly and helpful, they would go out of their way to help, I can't fault this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again as I travel to Istanbul very often. It exceeded my expectations, the hotel was in a quiet non tourist area which I prefer but was easy to get to the main locations around istanbul for tourists site seeing.
The only negative was the gym, not enough equipment but it would be harsh for me to reduce the score of this hotel because of this. Just needs a little more equipment. Also the steam room wasnt working but again I cant fault this hotel or the staff.
My family and I stayed in this hotel for four nights. The staff of the hotel were helpful and friendly. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. The variety of foods displayed for breakfast in the comfortable restaurant were excellent.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Incredible staff service, super clean and comfortable rooms, and great value for money. The restaurant food is delicious, and the live music is a great bonus.
The SPA area needs improvement. The steam sauna was out of order, the dry sauna was cold, and the SPA staff was completely uninformative when we asked about the issues.

My two-night stay at Millennium Istanbul Golden Horn was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuine kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay even more memorable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, providing the perfect environment to relax after exploring Istanbul. What impressed me most was the level of luxury offered at such a reasonable price, making it outstanding value for money.
A particularly touching gesture was the surprise birthday cake the hotel prepared for me. My birthday had been two days before my arrival, yet they still went out of their way to celebrate it with a delicious chocolate cake. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cozy, affordable luxury and outstanding service in Istanbul.

The hotel is extremely comfortable, spacious and convenient location. The staff is very caring and supportive. It have underground secure parking free. The food is great lot of varieties. Special thank to front desk team and Sehmuz bey for making it our stay very comfortable.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De locatie is vlakbij ov en in een veilige buurt. Het ontbijt was lekker uitgebreid. De kamer was prettig en de koffie en thee faciliteiten werden bijgevuld. De kamer was ook schoon, evenals de rest van het hotel. Lopend richting het centrum is wel een stuk (1 a 1,5 uur ofzo) maar zeker ook de moeite waard, want je loopt door Fener en Balat heen richting het centrum.
