Wasnt good
Pros:

In my opinion, this hotel is more like a three-star hotel, so you should not expect high-end facilities or services.

The breakfast is not worth the price, especially considering that it costs almost half the room rate. The lobby is very small, and the overall facilities are quite limited.

The jacuzzi water was cold, so we could not really enjoy using it. The Turkish bath was also not a real Turkish bath experience. There was no one there to provide the traditional washing or bathing service.

However, the biggest concern for us was the security of our belongings. Several of our personal accessories went missing from our room. They were not very valuable financially, but the fact that so many of our belongings disappeared was very upsetting and made us worried about the safety of the rest of our things.

Overall, if you are simply looking for a basic hotel for sleeping and a convenient location, it may be acceptable. But if cleanliness, facilities, quality of service, and especially the security of your personal belongings are important to you, I would recommend considering other hotels.

Pros:

All was good, we didn't try the breakfast as it was expensive but there are a lot of place that have nice reasonable breakfast around the hotel, every thig else was perfect.

Cons:

There were some jets in the jacuzzi not working but the rest was very good, they need to fix those jets as the relaxation in the jacuzzi is very useful after long walks in Istanbul.

Comfortable well located hotel for visiting Istanbul
Pros:

Easy access on the tram opposite the hotel into the main tourist area. Clean hotel room with very comfortable bed and amazing shower. The staff were all very helpful

Pros:

Wij hebben hier 5 nachten overnacht, en hebben het erg prettig ervaren. We waren hier voor onze anniversary, en ze hebben ons erg verwend met lekkernijen op de kamer en het ook leuk versierd. De kamers worden elke dag schoon gemaakt, dus dit vonden wij erg fijn. Het ontbijt was 10/10, niets op aan te merken. De medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De locatie van het hotel was ook super goed en we hoefden gelukkig geen stijle helling op te lopen. Er was gratis parkeerplaats aanwezig. Verder was het openbaar vervoer erg dichtbij.

Cons:

Het is een erg fijn hotel als je ook daar in de buurt moet zijn, maar het was wel een stukje van het centrum. Verder vond ik de meubels wel een beetje outdated.

Very lovely place afterall.
Pros:

The staff were amazing
The breakfast was splendid
The rooms were extra clean, we stayed in one of the larger rooms , with a balcony with sea view and really enjoyed everything about it

Cons:

The neighborhood is not a good one
There was a vibrating noise coming from AC in the room we were staying in.
The hosts offered to change our room but the other ones were not as big, however they compensated by bringing us complementary room service

Perfect stay
Pros:

Stay was wonderful, hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. The spa area is very nice and the facilities are all great. I loved the location which was right by the tram station and from there you can get to anywhere in Istanbul.
