Amazing experience and fabulous staff
Pros:

Absolutely amazing staff from the Reception team to the dining and stay
I cannot even fault the experience, even when we had a very small issue. The management went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and were very responsive.

I would really like to thank the team for this wonderful experience which added to our stay in Istanbul for the week

Glad to choose here.
Pros:

The staff are very polite and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. It's more comfortable for the guests with car. Parking was easy to use.

Cons:

The only thing is the location. You can't get to the main places with walking although there is a public transpotation near the hotel.

Quiet and chic

- Location close to Balat
- Furniture is nice and in a good state
- Good decoration

Cons:

- Bathroom not well ventilated and not heated
- Some accessories in bathroom were loose
- We were mandated to pay once we arrived after a long trip
- Location is quiet but it implies that nearby cafes and restaurants are closed early except a few
