Nice place to spend a quick stopover in Fuji.
Pros:

The room we stayed in was pleasant with a nice view of Mt Fuji.

立地、設備とても満足でした。
Pros:

足が悪い祖母との旅行でしたが、バリアフリーのお部屋で快適に過ごせました。

スタッフの方の対応が親切でした。

Cons:

ツインのお部屋はトイレが立ち上がると自動で流れますが、バリアフリーのお部屋の方はトイレが自動ではなく、またボタンがわかりづらかったです。

お風呂の湯船に滑り止めマットがあるとよかったです。

Pros:

Nice 4 star hotel.

Cons:

Many of the neighborhood restaurants located near the hotel are not tourist friendly. The hotel staff recommended two Italian restaurants. Both turned me away. I went back to the hotel and did not have dinner and instead just watched tv. The hotel should be careful not to recommend restaurants which will not take a foreign tourist. I travel to Japan often and can speak Japanese. This issue has happened to me before but never when I was staying at a more high end hotel.

Good - could have been better (breakfast atmosphere sterile/repetitive), no bar, staff tried hard
Pros:

Room size, view from room (Mount Fuji).

Cons:

Repetitive songs at breakfast - same songs from same singer on repeat all day every day!!!!

また利用したく思います。
Pros:

今回はバイクでの宿泊でしたが、駐輪場所に気を使っていただきました。
通りから見えないところに駐車しますか？もしくは雨の当たらない軒下に停めますか？とかといろいろと気遣いしていただきました。

Cons:

今回は素泊まりの一泊だけでしたが、良くない点は特にありません。

Pros:

The staff are amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. Great view of Fuji from our room + they have an observation deck!

Cons:

The distance from the hotel to attractions. While it was quieter it was also more difficult to get around

Pretty nice, but not great beds or AC
Pros:

Breakfast was great and service was good. Nice, big lobby and clean rooms.

Cons:

Some guests said their AC didn't work and our bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. To the point where I debated going to another hotel.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Besonders beeindruckend war der Blick auf den Mt. Fuji – einfach traumhaft. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great hotel. Unpleasant town.
Pros:

Room was fantastic -amazing views of Fiji. Staff all friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The location. The town itself was pretty unpleasant with a strong smell of pollution from the intensive industry.
