Pros:

Room was huge and clean. Staff were always so courteous and welcoming. Many carpark lots which is a bonus point for people who drive around.

Cons:

Abit far from main attractions of Mount Fuji. Not much food options around the vicinity.

Highly recommended hotel - this is a hotel i’d come back to!
Pros:

Best hotel we stayed at in our 2 week stay. Service was amazing and so was the room. Great views, great food, great service.

改装したてか思ったより部屋が良かった

お風呂に前の方の陰毛が落ちてた
おすすめのお店の情報を聞いたが
店が閉まってた
10分以上もかけて行ったのに

鍵はいちいちフロントに預けないといけないのが不便

家族団欒できて子供もまた来たいね！と話していました。

スタッフの方の対応がとても良くお部屋も広く綺麗でした！服の臭いやシワをとる機械あってとても重宝しました！

Really enjoyed my stay, and would recommend to others
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and catered for vegetarians, staff were really friendly and helpful too

Cons:

Possibly a bit more advice on what to do, as the location was quite far from Mt Fuji

Pros:

いつも仕事で利用していますが、お部屋も使いやすくゆっくりと休むことができるので感謝しています。
今回は朝食は利用しませんでしたが、時間にゆとりがあるときは何度か利用しており、とてもくつろげて、スタッフの対応も良く、フルーツコンポートやはちみつがついていたり、とても気に入っています。

C’était un séjour très comfortable et agréable ! Je recommande fortement !
Pros:

On a eu une chambre très spacieuse et super propre avec une magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji. Le personnel à l’accueil et au restaurant sont très sympa et pro !
Nous étions deux et une de nous est végétarien, le personnel a fait ce qu’il fallait pour adapter le petit déjeuner, qui contient originalement de la viande, au restriction alimentaire de chacun. On s’est senti très confortable et écouté dans cet hôtel. Vraiment top on recommande !

Cons:

L’emplacement est assez bien, il est assez proche de la gare (environ 10 minutes à pied) mais il n’y a pas grand chose à faire dans les environs sans prendre les transports. Cependant on a quand même la vue sur la montagne peu importe où on se trouve dans les environs, ce qui reste impressionnant.

ツイン部屋も綺麗でした
トイレとお風呂が別で
お風呂も大きかった
