Fericirea este sunetul valurilor la adormire si trezire.
Pros:

Personalul este extraordinar de amabil, curatenie si prosoape schimbate desi am stat doar 2 nopti, pozitionarea hotelului este una ideala: liniste, foarte aproape de zona de promenada, usor de ajuns, parcarea este gratuita, faptul ca plaja, cu nisip, este la o "scara" distanta face ca acest loc sa fie perfect, cu atat mai mult cu cat Balcik nu are prea multe zone de plaja. Despre faptul ca am adormit si m-am trezit in sunetul valurilor nu am decat sa spun ca, pentru mine, acest lucru este echivalent cu fericirea.

Been here before, and will be back again.
Love this hotell. It is a realy nice place, with an incredible view. It is a restaurant here that everyone can visit, Restaurant Margos. Highly recommend this hotel.
Been on vacation in Bulgaria for 30+ years.... but this is the place I go back to. Year after year.

The hotel that embraces the sea
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Helios is always absolutely fantastic! It truly embraces its natural surroundings, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Its close proximity to the sea is incredibly convenient, and we love spending time at the beautiful pool and the hotel's private grassy beach. The hotel is very children friendly offering a playground.
Hotel Helios truly provides everything you need for a memorable vacation.

O locație buna
Pros:

Hotelul este pe plaja, camera noastră a avut vedere la mare și am avut panorama superbă, in 10 min de mers pe jos se ajunge pe faleza cu terase, restaurante etc., personalul foarte drăguț, amabil, camera curata și spațioasă. Parcarea gratuita, peste drum de hotel.

Cons:

Restaurantul nu avea diversitate in meniu la prânz, doar câteva feluri de mâncare.

Fab hotel, pool, beach access and easy walk to centre
Pros:

Lovely room, comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. Excellent swimming pool, friendly staff, nice restaurant food. Clean. Lovely shower.
Super location, 2 mins to beach, 10 mins to centre

Cons:

Couldn’t really fault it. Had to park 1 min walk away and pay 5 lev for 2 nights. But that’s it.
Breakfast ok.

Pros:

Great hotel! Clean, friendly service, it has an elevator and an outside pool and a restaurant. Big, renovated and clean room. Great view of the sea, as it is located right next to the beach.

Cons:

The breakfast was rather poor... The same every day. Only one coffee machine and a long queue at any time.
Our room did not have a sea view, but a side view to an unfinished, ghosty building right next to the hotel.

Pros:

We liked the room, big and cosy and clean, comfortable, with a small sea view. Staff very nice. Beakfast very good. We had silence. Diiner by the swimmimg pool, romantic nightwalkimg on the beach as the hotel is right on the beach.Everything was excellent, so we definitely come again.
