Résumé des échanges avec l’hôtel à transmettre à Booking
Lors de mon séjour, j’ai découvert que deux réservations avaient été enregistrées à mon nom :
– une via Booking.com, que j’ai utilisée et réglée à mon arrivée,
– une autre via le site officiel de l’hôtel, que je ne connaissais pas et qui n’a jamais été mentionnée lors de mon check‑in.
À aucun moment le personnel ne m’a informée qu’une seconde réservation existait, ce qui m’aurait permis de la clarifier ou de l’annuler immédiatement.
L’hôtel m’a ensuite facturé un no-show pour cette seconde réservation, alors que :

il s’agit manifestement d’un doublon involontaire ;
cette réservation incluait des petits-déjeuners prépayés dont je n’ai jamais pu bénéficier, puisque seule la réservation Booking a été prise en charge pendant mon séjour ;
aucune alerte, confirmation ou rappel ne m’a été communiqué par l’hôtel concernant cette deuxième réservation.

J’ai demandé à l’hôtel de reconsidérer la facturation du no-show, mais pour le moment, la réponse fournie maintient les frais.
Je sollicite donc l’aide de Booking pour examiner la situation et trouver une solution équitable.
