Un po deludente
Pros:

Posizione ottima, intorno ci sono molti negozi e fermate metro.

Cons:

La camera un po' trascurata con macchie sui comodini e sui muri e le porte.
L'aspettativa sulla fontana di cioccolata che si vede nelle foto dell'hotel molto deludente, aveva un gusto di cioccolata vecchia e i biscotti inesistenti.
In camera si sentiva sempre puzza di fognatura

Pros:

Zimmer schön gestaltet, Betten bequem, sehr sauber. Lage zwischen 2 Metrostationen praktisch. Recht ruhig.

Cons:

Personal äusserst unfreundlich, inbesondere als unser Wunsch nach Einzelbetten nicht erfüllt wurde und wir nachhakten, da bereits weit im voraus so angefragt. Zimmer der Kategorie ''Business'' (mit Doppelbett!) liegen im Untergeschoss mit Blick auf Lüftungsanlage, Keller-Feeling. Frühstück dürftig, Backwaren aber immerhin
gut. Kein richtig heisses Wasser und wenig Druck in der Dusche Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns nicht.

Cons:

El servicio de check in fue muy poco profesional. Llegamos a las tres de la tarde, después de estar todo el día visitando la ciudad y nos dijeron que las habitaciones no estaban listas. Tampoco sabían decirnos a qué hora estarían listas. Pasaron dos horas hasta que pudimos entrar.

Great hotel, excellent staff
Pros:

Good location, clean and comfortable, very helpful staff. Thank you for the free pass to use the Lausanne metro, that was such a bonus.

Cons:

Nothing really, it's a really good hotel. The chocolate fountain in the reception wasn't available to guests when we were there which was a shame, but not a big issue at all.

Great simple hotel in good location - would recommend
Pros:

Great location near the metro and old town, nice bed and bedding, good shower, very clean, good price last minute, good air con in summer. We didn’t use it but it had a nice looking gym.

Grosses Verbesserungspotenzial.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Pluspunkt Klimaanlage. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Personal freundlich, Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Matratze extrem unbequem. Zimmer und Bad sehr minimalistisch. Im Bad keine Ablagefläche, Duschvorhang wirkte unappetitlich. Im Zimmer nur 4 Kleiderbügel, keine Haken, keine weiteren Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Beim Check-in wurde uns zudem die in Lausanne übliche kostenlose ÖV-Karte / Lausanne Transport Card nicht gegeben. Wir haben selbst herausgefunden, dass sie im Preis dabei ist, und mussten sie dann aktiv an der Rezeption verlangen. Sonst war das Personal aber sehr freundlich.
