Pros:

地下鉄の駅から近いことと、エアコンがあること。ホテルから出かけるときは、Bessières駅へ向かうと下り坂で楽でした。ホテルへ帰るときはOurs駅で降りると下り坂なので楽でした。また、COOPがすぐ近くにあるので、買い物にとても便利でした。スイスといえども今年の夏はとても暑かったので、エアコンがあったことで快適に過ごせました。清掃もある程度は適切に行われ、素敵なローザンヌ滞在になりました。

悪い口コミが多くあるように見受けられますが、決してそんなことはないです。スイスにおいては比較的リーズナブルなのに清潔で安心な宿泊施設です。

Cons:

チェックインしたあと、部屋のカップやグラスが汚れていたので、自分で洗い直しました。しかし、特段良くない点はないと思います。

Godd but may have a problem with cleaning
Pros:

Just the location was fine though hard to get to. It has nice bathrooms and facilites. Everything was clean at the beginning.

Cons:

They come in the morning like before 9.30 for cleaning and if you still there will never clean the room afterwards. That was a surprise. Not really cleaning room or try to avoid it:).
