Hôtel propre, calme, à côté du supermarché Coop, de restos, boulangerie, épicerie, du métro, du Parc Mon Repos et parc canin. Super pour s’y promener avec nos chiens 😉 L’hôtel et son personnel sont toujours aussi accueillant et chaleureux 😊 Ce n’est pas la première fois qu’on vient, ni la dernière ☺️ À très bientôt 😁

Great venue Great location
Pros:

This was perfect for my needs. Central. Close to the hospital and a short walk to the métro and downtown. Would highly recommend this.

Cons:

I honestly think CHF22 for breakfast is overpriced. You can walk down to the COOP ( literally 50 seconds) and have a breakfast for CHF 10. It seemed largely empty and I wasn't surprised.

Il terzo letto della camera tripla superior era ricavato da un divano e piuttosto scomodo.
Colazione a buffet poco fornita, seppur a pagamento. Malgrado l'hotel si chiami "Swiss Chocolate" e richiami il cioccolato in ogni dettaglio (persino i comodini e la porta di ingresso alle camere sono a forma di barretta), tra le bevande calde non era disponibile la cioccolata, ma soltanto la polvere di cacao da aggiungere al latte.

für mich war die Lage entscheidend, der Standort war für uns wirklich sehr praktisch. Das Hotel erfüllte alle meine Ansprüche, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt.

Cons:

Den Frühstücks empfand ich für zu hoch angesetzt. Aber man hat die Wahl. Vis-à-vis ist gerade eine Bäckerei : )

Disappointed with facilities, but well located hotel.
Pros:

It was very well located. The room was nice with a balcony.

Cons:

The pocket door on the bathroom was broken and could not be closed. This was very awkward because I was sharing the room with a friend. The alternative room offered smelled disgusting. We were not offered any form of adequate compensation for this problem.

Hotel staff responded to our emergency situation and ensured a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff including reception management and housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating of our specific needs during our stay. We had a medical emergency at 4 a.m. and the on-call manager responded immediately and summoned emergency medical services for us. His actions helped us get the medical attention we needed in a timely manner. The hotel manager was very accommodating of our need to extend our stay until we were well enough to travel again. During this period, housekeeping was very attentive and respectful of our needs ensuring we had everything we needed for our comfort. Everyone on staff went out of their way for us during our very trying experience. As for the hotel, the room was large enough for our comfort and well-lighted in addition to a large window, the bedding was very comfortable, the television provided channels in several languages including English, the bathroom was large and modern and well-stocked with quality soaps/shampoos and, most importantly, the shower floor was not slippery. The room was supplied with an electric water kettle, tea and coffee. Overall, the hotel provided a warm and very comfortable environment.

Cons:

The hotel and staff anticipated and provided everything we needed and exceeded our expectations at every opportunity so we were comfortable in every respect and, if there were any shortcomings, we didn't notice.
