Great little family style hideaway in bustling and unsettling downtown
Pros:

While downtown is not far, this neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful and mostly free from homeless people. The landscape is flat which is good for one that lives jogging. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you venture 1-2 km there is a bustling area called Pari and offers many things. Also within similar distance are the Expo Center Norte and a huge shopping mall nearby. The hotel is very basic and family like. No complaint for the price

Cons:

No wardrobe in room. If you jog 2km you may run into Tetie Terminal which is a hellish spot.
