Ampiezza della camera e posizione nel centro storico gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Difficoltà nel raggiungere la camera per chi ha problemi di movimento.
Aggiungerei dei particolari come portasapone nel lavandino, nella doccia porta bagnoschiuma e possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento.

Pros:

posizionato nel centro storico, comodissimo e in zona silenziosa. Molto pulito e tranquillo. I ragazzi sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Colazione completa con prodotti propri.

The Best of Tuscany and a small flavor of their people
Pros:

This is just about the best stay experience we’ve ever had. First of all, the location, the beautiful town of Cortana is a picturesque gem of Tuscany, not very crowded and not far from Florence, Siena and other touristy towns. Our goal was to see the Christmas events in Arrezzo, which we reached by train FromCortana (just two ttrain stops). But best of all was meeting and making friends with the manager owner of the hotel, Sara. What a great human being!! We were running late to check in and she stayed waiting for us until we arrived. When we went to Arrezzo, we did not know what train to take back to the hotel and she gave us directions and information, and even stayed up waiting until we arrived back at our room safely. She met us every day at breakfast and cooked eggs for us, told us the story about the hotel and her family. This was a great experience and we are blessed to have Sara as our new friend.

Wonderful place!! The town and the people!! No complaints!!

Ritorno a Cortona sempre con il cuore gonfio di emozioni e come ogni volta ritorno a casa con nostalgia!
Pros:

Camera accogliente, piccola, ma completa di tutto l’occorrente compresa l’aria condizionata che in questo periodo è stata davvero preziosa e Wi-fi. Situata in un palazzo molto antico da ammirare. Molto silenziosa. Colazione ricca di prodotti fatti in casa dalla proprietaria…ciambellone e brioches molto buoni, frutta fresca e per chi lo desidera anche prodotti salati! Sara ci ha accolto con molta simpatia, davvero splendida e ha risposto ad ogni nostra esigenza. Completamente soddisfatta!

The location was perfect, in the heart of the beautiful town. The service from Sara was first class, from the welcome out front, suggestions on where to eat, and help with our heavy luggage.

We will be back
Pros:

Sara was absolutely lovely. The apartment was lovely and its location was fabulous! Right in the heart of Cortona. We absolutely loved it and would most definitely stay there again.
Both entrances to the apartment are uphill and quite steep, so not ideal if you have any mobility issues.
