Fin utsikt. God senger.
Burde ikke være nødvendig å prate engelsk til ansatte på et Norsk hotell.
frokosten var ok. Fint med sitjeplassar ute. Fin stove inne.
Dårleg bad- lukt. Svært enkelt rom, dårlege gardiner. Mangla heis, ikkje bra for eldre og uføre.

Mooie ligging om uitstappen te doen. Gletsjer vlakbij. Lekker restaurant en ontbijt.
Fabriek vlak langs hotel met af en toe geurhinder.
De ligging . Er lag een lekker ontbijt klaar de de Trolltunga wandeling
Gedateerde kamers, geen frigo, wandelaars gaan rechtstreeks de jacuzzi in ( moeilijk te vermijden door het hotel zelf)
Food was decent but a little pricy. Staff was friendly. Nice sauna.
Hotel not in a great location. Near industry. Room next to stairs was noisy. Rooms are very dates and basic. Hot tub was not hot.

The view was amazing. Nice lobby to play cards and read in. Staff was kind. Close to Trolltunga hike.
Our dinner at the restaurant was not up to par for the prices. I was brought the wrong meal (no biggie…they took it back and said it would be 7 mins.) After at least 20 mins, they still hadn’t returned, server nowhere in sight. My husband was completely finished with his meal. They finally brought mine and then we didn’t see them again until we flagged down another server for dessert. (They comped that which was nice.) We then had to locate someone to bring our bill. They said they were busy but wasn’t a very full restaurant. Was disappointing. Hot tub was not very hot, rooms were very basic and did not have refrigerators. Was a bit expensive of a hotel compared to other options so expected a bit more.
The hotel was cleaned, has renovated badrums, closed to trolltunga and with a very nice view of the fjords
The mattress didnt have sheets that cover it fully, the breakfast was not tasty and we could not eat the lunch bags (very bad taste). Is not worth the price.

We loved the sauna and cold shower option. The sitting area overlooking the fjord was relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. We appreciated how they came around to each guest and notified that the breakfast would be closing soon to allow people to grab anything more they might need.
The hot tub water wasn't the warmest.
