Wow , hollow cow
Pros:

Loved everything from arrival, Ozzy was so welcoming and explained about the hotel and rooms, ordered breakfast which was lovely delivered to our room for the time requested. Coffee machine to use at your leisure in area to sit on the sofas. The hotel added the extras such as hair dryer straightners etc. big shout out to the lady on reception in the evening made us coffee when we got back from the concert even though she was busy it wasn’t too much trouble. The only thing we said they needed a bigger sign outside to show the hotel name other than there were no negatives, we would definitely recommend this hotel, great location too, thanks to all of the team 5*

Cons:

No A/C. No lift. Super small bathroom. Miniature sink. Very poor shower mitigator. Very little water pressure in the shower. Dirty carpet. Nightmare.

Great location, no useful facilities and the staff don't care.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work, there was no air conditioning, the life was not working, the staff were basically indifferent to any of these inconveniences. The room is tiny, and the bathroom was even smaller.
