The best location to visit Loreto & the Holy House
Pros:

The simple, basic but comfortable hotel is located in the very centre of the village and at a convenient walking distance from free parking or payment ones.
The concierge/owner is very helpful in providing all the necessary information, to make your experience even more memorable.

Capisco che è un 2 stelle e non si poteva pretendere il Grand Hotel, ma, che ci siano nel 2024 camere senza aria condizionate, bagno angusto con water e bidet dove facevo fatica far passare una gamba, non lo reputo corretto. Qui siamo fuori da tutte le regole su strutture del genere. L'unica nota positiva è per la cordialità e la gentilezza della recptionist.

Pros:

Excellent location ( close to Santa Casa basilica ) and very kind owners. Unfortunately the property is in great need of repair. and renovation. The pandemic made it worse for them . There was no hot water for the first 2 days . The restaurant has been closed for 2 years as I was told by the owners . They have owned it since 1800’s . It’s their generational property. With much sadness I give them 2 stars .

Rugs were dirty and old
No hot water for shower
Needs a lot of repair and renovation.

Nonostante l'ottima posizione per chi desidera visitare la Basilica, l'hotel è datato, poco pulito, con moquette su pavimenti e pareti e manca di aria condizionata.
Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, ma dovrebbe seriamente pensare di apportare dei cambiamenti. Il prezzo vale solo per la posizione.

Old-fashioned hotel in perfect location.
Pros:

Friendly management. Superb location right in the centre of Loreto, on the road leading directly to the basilica, in easy walking distance for several good restaurants and a quick stroll to the bus stop for Recanati, Osimo and Ancona. Hotel's own restaurant was useful when I got back late from a nearby town - staff cheerfully cooked me dinner, although it was late.

Cons:

Bedroom and bathroom rather small and lacking in air conditioning, which could be a problem on a really hot night.
