Stay here for sure
Pros:

We love this hotel and stay here every time we go to Huntsville. The dinner is always good, and the breakfast is phenomenal. The staff are always wonderful and helpful if we ever need anything. Pool area is great! Rooms are nice and spacious. And if you get the front of the hotel, we love the view of the space center. We love the area of the hotel as well. Not much exactly around the hotel, which we like. But lots of shopping and restaurants a few miles away.

Cons:

There isn't anything that we disliked.

Really impressed by high standard and value for money
Pros:

I was very impressed by my stay , exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable beds and excellent staff especially Brandon at bar. We really appreciated the ‘kick back’ .

Cons:

Nothing , was all good.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, my kids really enjoyed it!

Cons:

At check in I wasn’t able to use my preferred card because it was in my Apple wallet and I didn’t have the physical copy with me. However you could see my name, the number, etc to verify that it was me. I had to use my debit card and ended up being charged twice, once at check out and then again 2 days later..Thankfully my bank was able to straighten it out but had I been able to use my credit card I feel that I wouldn’t have had the issue that I did which tied up my money for a few days. I realize there are policies, etc but that was just an added annoyance. There was also a pretty large group of rowdy kids and parents that didn’t seem to mind,, my young children couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we had planned because there were kids being wild with the only parents in the pool room having a drink in their hand, yikes!

Pros:

Traveled to the HSV area for two days and this place is the ONLY place I will be staying at again when I'm in area. They keep this place in tip top shape, no riff Raff roaming about(besides me). Excellent food and drinks, wonderful staff ANNDD a fair price?! Where do these people get off being SO TERRIFIC!? I see y'all, gracefully gallivanting the open land, putting the rest of the cities "competition" in the dirt and leaving them there to wallow in the painful truth that they probably wont EVER be adequate enough to stand triumphantly in the winners circle that you have birthed and raised..They know whats up, they try and try to do better but at this point the "competition" is just happy to be in the dirt you left them in because they were once in your presence. 7/10

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at
Pros:

Staff actually called me back after I called them. I booked hotel off of 565 in huntsville it was a mistake on booking .com. it was supposed to be a hotel of of 65. The manager called me back and was gonna try to fix it.

Cons:

Really the only thing to not like is it was alittle pricey but good service comes with a price

Excellent service all around!
Pros:

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I didn't come across anything in my room that wasn't visibly clean. The hot breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We didn't get to enjoy the free dinner and drink option but heard only good things about it! The staff was courteous and seemed happy to be there. For the price, it can't be beat.

I have no complaints!
