Met and exceeded expectations
Pros:

Meals were definitely a pleasant surprise. Also, enjoyed the "happy hour". Staff was courteous and helpful. Went out of the way to accommodate.

Just what I needed after an exhausting move in weekend!
Pros:

It was spacious well decorated the room was spacious with a nice view and the amenities were wonderful! The staff were courteous

Cons:

I don’t recall what search prompts I entered but it was not as close to A&M as I anticipated but it’s worth the drive

Staff was friendly. Miss Renee was wonderful. I looked for her everyday for the southern hospitality greeting. She works

Loved it. Staff was great. Love the kickback time. Really helps with afternoon stress relief with snack and complimentary drink.

Cons:

No real isolated smoke area. Guest had to walk through area where 2 benches were to smoke.

Great experience!
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel was a combination of location and staff. I want to mention Renee, who took care of the food buffets. She was extremely pleasant and helpful, and did a great job keeping everything stocked. The general manager seem to be ever present and friendly. We will go back!

Pleasant overall
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, breakfast and diinner included. And happy hour!!!! My only complaint was that my room wasn't super clean. The carpets were stsined and looked somewhat dirty. The was toes nail clippings on the floor near the window. The bathroom tile felt greasy and not very clean. Otherwise the rest was pretty clean and the room and hotel are beautiful.
