Design trifft auf Komfort in Old Town Sarajevo

Konumu mükemmel, direk turistik yerlerin ortasında. Kahvaltı da bi o kadar güzel ve değişikti. 3 katlı olarak masanıza geliyor. Çalışanların sıcakkanlılığı ve yardımseverliği için teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Odadaki klima çalışmıyor. Coğrafi konumu gereği balkanlar soğuğunu yaşadık. Akşam belli bir saatten sonra dış kapıyı kendi oda kapınızın anahtarı ile açabilirsiniz dediler. Bu da bize şunu düşündürdü. O zaman herkes birbirinin oda kapısını açabilir demek bu? Güvenlik izafiyeti 😅

Pequeño y acogedor hotel en el centro
Pros:

Está ubicado en el centro del casco antiguo otomano, inmejorable en este aspecto, el desayuno estaba buenísimo y la habitación muy bien, nos guardaron las maletas después del check-out

Pros:

Albergo e stanza (n. 62) arredata con gusto e bei mobili (comodo divano, tappeto, armadio) letto che pur con morbido materasso fa comunque riposare bene. Pulito e con ottime abbondanti colazioni (da sceglie dolce e salata) situato nella parte antica di Sarajevo comodo per girare tutto il centro cittadino con i suoi vari monumenti. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo checkout prima di ripartenze. Ottimo pure il rapporto qualità prezzo, speriamo possa rimanere così competitivi

Avrei gradito un po' più di luce potente in bagno, e in generale anche nel resto dell'appartamento.

La struttura è in posizione fantastica, all’interno del quartiere ottomano. A breve distanza a piedi tutti i musei che abbiamo voluto visitare. Vicinissimi anche i lunghi di incontro dei tour.

Cons:

L’albergo è ubicato in un piccolo e gradevole edificio; purtroppo la nostra camera, seppur pulita, necessitava di ristrutturazione: il soffione della doccia non si poteva appendere, i letti quasi sfondati, la cassaforte era rotta e una abat-jour non si accendeva.

Perfect location in the centre of town and great facilities. Staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Breakfast was great. Good sized room and excellent value for money - couldn’t recommend more!

Staff molto gentile. Posizione ottima e in centro. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità.
L'hotel ha un'ascensore anche se molto vecchio.

Cons:

Le camere sono un pò datate. Il letto e il materasso dovrebbe essere cambiati. Nel corridoio c'è sempre odore di cucina (tipo fritto). La finestra in camera non si poteva chiudere bene e non rimaneva sigillata, la prima notte è stata un pò fredda.
Anche in bagno, sarebbe stato utile avere un più attenzione al dettaglio.

Comfort e convenienza in pieno centro
Pros:

Albergo in pieno centro storico a qualche metro dalla moschea principale della città.
La struttura si presenta come ristorante con camere, la tipologia è da antico caffe, molto suggestivo ed arredato in uno stile classico a metà tra l'ottomano e austro-ungarico.
Struttura pulita, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort.

Colazione mattutina inclusa estremamente ricca, forse anche troppo, non a buffet ma servita al tavolo e comprende almeno 3 bevande più svariati piatti che spaziano dal dolce al salato. Si può tranquillamente saltare il pranzo.

Rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile, si soggiorna praticamente al centro, usciti dalla struttura si è già nel vivo di tutte le attrazioni principali.

Cons:

Lo staff è amichevole e professionale ma poco incline ad interagire con gli ospiti, complice probabilmente anche la barriera linguistica. Non sono stati dispensati suggerimenti/informazioni su quanto accadeva in città (erano i giorni del Ramazan+Eid), posti da visitare, chiusure straordinarie o magari proposte di tour. La sensazione è che l'attività alberghiera fosse vista come un'attività collaterale alla principale di ristorazione, ed in una città particolare e poco turistica come Sarajevo un supporto local potrebbe davvero rappresentare un plus importante.

Grande area di opportunità per rendere la struttura una struttura davvero top.

Сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Всегда все подскажут и даже сопроводят до ближайшего нормального обменника.
Завтрак довольно хороший. Местоположение прекрасное.

Cons:

Снимали два номера с другом, ему не положили в уборной бумагу 🧻, а у нас не было тапочек.
Из средств гигиены только жидкое мыло и гель для душа/шампунь в одном флаконе, так сказать на все случаи жизни.
За такую стоимость можно было бы хоть разовый зубной набор и маленькое мыло предоставить.
Душевая кабина практически еле держится
