Tolles Hotel mit super Service
Pros:

Absolute Ruhe...Centrumsnah... super Frühstück (kaum zu toppen) und am Tisch serviert.
Super Service...jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt.

Cons:

Tutto. La posizione in pieno centro storico , staff cortese, ambienti puliti e ristorante annesso con ottimo cibo fresco. Rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo ! Stanze comode e previste di ogni accessorio per il soggiorno.

Absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible. Staff were wonderful.
Dino was so very helpful and informative. We loved breakfast with Dino. Location was perfect. Close enough for a very short walk. Distance far away so it wasn’t noisy.

Cons:

The bed was a little soft. And I was too lazy to shop around to get a better price on my washing.

Можно останавливаться на пару дней. Удобное расположение, хороший но небольшой номер. Спасибо за теплый прием!
Pros:

В апартаментах достаточно чисто, хорошее постельное белье и подушки. Меняли полотенца и проводили уборку каждый день. Отличные завтраки и очень приятный, дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Внизу ресторан и наверху пахнет фритюром — было бы здорово решить проблему с вентиляцией. Однако запах не доходит до комнат, только на этаже. Зимой в номерах может быть прохладно, но есть кондиционер на обогрев.

Alles bestens.Die Lage ist top. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Immer vor Ort aber unaufdringlich.Taxi-Service organisiert. Vor allem durften wir schon 6 Stunden früher einchecken. Da es sehr kalt war und hoher Schnee lag, war es für uns optimal.Das allein verdient Anerkennung.
Das ist halt bosnische Gastfreundlichkeit.
Das Frühstück war phantastisch mit viel Auswahl. Alles rundum war perfekt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Cozy and sweet
Pros:

I've been here twice, about a year apart, and have stayed in Baščaršija in several places so far. This is my favorite. The beds are very, very comfortable. The pillows are large and you get plenty in the room. I'm picky with mattresses and pillows, so this is much appreciated.

The service is great, employees are very responsive. They worked quickly to give us an early check-in. Much appreciated since we were traveling with a kid and it was frozen outside so we couldn't really walk around town until check-in.

Breakfast is delightful and super filling. You get a set menu to choose from and it's made-to-order. Including juice and a hot beverage. The cappuccino is great.

Great location. It's right in the center. The walls are thick so I've never had issues with any noise. Of course since it's in the center there are people walking around but you can only hear anything if the windows are open.

The windows can be cracked vertically if it's too hot. I've been to a higher room before as well as a lower room and the smaller windows upstairs can be opened completely and the airflow is good.

I do think they should add padlocks to the interior of the rooms. Not a lot of hotels around here have them, but it would provide peace of mind, particularly for solo female travelers.

The decor of this place is beautiful, the vibe is romantic and cozy. The waitstaff downstairs are very gentlemanly and kind and the ladies are very sweet if you need anything.

It's a delightful spot; absolutely my favorite hotel in Baščaršija 💜
