Very disappointed in the condition of a “new” motel.
Pros:

Breakfast was meager- not many selections.

Cons:

Facility was still under construction. Couldn’t see out my room window because plastic was covering it. Exterior painting still going on. Some furniture appeared to be old and used, lots of scuff marks, dents, etc. hallways loaded with boxes of unopened furniture. Website said nothing about the construction.

Newly renovated rooms were great! Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast was fantastic! Laundry room was useful. Close to attractions - antelope canyon tour and horseshoe bend, and restaurants, Walmart!

Great value for the price. For what we paid, the room was very good. Of course, it’s not a five-star hotel, and we didn’t expect that, but everything was clean — the room, bathroom, and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. We could adjust the temperature in the room, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent — perfect for a quick meal without going out to a restaurant. I can definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
