Pros:

車で行ったので、駐車場が有るのが便利でしたが、駅からも近く、電車で行っても便利だと思います。
セットの朝食も十分な量で美味しく、値段も安く、成田駅に至近なことも考えると、コ・ス・パは非常に高いホテルです。

成田駅周辺に宿泊することが多いのですが、早朝から開いているお店が少なく別料金のホテルの朝食を食べることが多いです。センターホテルは朝食付きなので助かります。チェックイン時に無料コーヒーサービス（15時〜24時まで）朝食メニューは一般的な和食ビッフェにパンもあります。
空港行きの無料シャトルバスもあります（車をお持ちのかたは無料駐車場あり）立地も京成成田駅裏手でコンビニは近くにあります。

駅近くのビジネスホテル。
こじんまりしてる割には、スタッフはいつもフロントにいて、声をかけてくれて感じがとても良いです。
コーヒーの無料サービスもあります（ただこれは美味しくない）
部屋のコンディションはコンパクトにまとまっていて不便がなかったです、洗面所周りもとても綺麗でした。
クレンジング、洗顔料、ローション、乳液はフロントで貰えます。
無料の朝食が付いてますのでそこも安心でした、種類は少ないですが、家で食べてるのとあまり変わらない感じで、問題無いです。クロワッサンもとても美味しかったです。

very close to keisei rail station. a few restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby. walking distance to the narita shrine. provides free breakfast and shuttle to/from airport which is a big plus. very good customer service from front desk (ishii san) who is very polite, cordial, and helpful.
