Excellent service, very good location, the beds are very comfortable. Alex has helped us with everything we needed, making our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Excellent hotel, the location is perfect, and the staff, specially Alex, superb. Some of the rooms haven’t windows but are big and comfortable. It’s near the river so you can take the public boat for transportation. The price/ quality relationship is very good.

Location: strategic next to Icon Siam shopping mall, but need to locate it inside a small alley.
Parking space: only temporary for 1 car in front of the hotel building.
Hotel's staff: very friendly and helpful. They helped us to switch the laundry tp dryer mode, so we can continue sleeping at night.
Hotel's exterior and amenities: standard budget hotel with no breakfast, but they have a kitchen area and free laundry (need to buy our own soap / detergent). There is also a lift to go up until the 5th floor.
Room's interior: very clean. There are also 2 mineral waters provided for free. TV have some international channels to watch. Room size quite ok, not too small but not too big.
Room's wifi: fast and stable.
Room's shower/toilet: clean and hot water shower is stable, the downside is maybe the bathroom floor is using black colour tiles.
Room's soundproof: ok, we can still hear the voice from the room next door but not so noisy.
Room's bed quality: comfortable with 2 pillows provided and clean sheet.
Breakfast: no breakfast provided for the room that we booked.
Check out: fast and straight-forward.

Das Varmtel liegt in einer Seitenstraße. Zu erreichen ist es entweder über die BTS Station Saphan Taksin, die direkt am Sathon Pier liegt. Hier kann man den Fluss entweder über eine 10-minütigen Marsch über die Brücke oder mit der Fähre übersetzen.

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und stylisch eingerichtet.
Wir hatten das Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.
Zum Frühstück gab es entweder Brot oder Cornflakes. Auf Anfrage bereite die nette ältere Dame auch ein frisches Spiegelei zu.

Hotellage ist super um mit den Booten zu Chinatown, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, usw. anzusteuern.

Situated in a quiet , pleasant area near to Iconsiam and the river. This small hotel has very clean and spacious rooms , a rooftop area with good views of the city especially at night , and serves a simple but tasty breakfast . The service is friendly and unobtrusive. Taxi costs 550B to Suvarnabhumi airport . I would be happy to come here again . No lift for people , but no big problem.

A comfortable and very clean little hotel, very well located next to the boat cruises, 2 minutes from Iconsiam, very cheap considering the location. Easy acces by BTS from the airport, and crossing the river with the Ferry boat. The very kind and very helpfull staff is there for you at any time of the day or night. Double room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. No elevator, but only four floors with wide and easy stairs for people, and luggage are taken to your room anyway with a freight elevator. A peaceful heaven, far from the noisy busy Bangkok traffic.

Nice small hotel. Friendly staff, cool location, yummy breakfast. Also with an lovely little rooftop place. I think on of the best hotel in bangkok for this price. We come definitly back again. Who needs more? :-)

Amazingly ,peaceful place among the hustle and bustle of a busy city.. Great staff, very helpful. Great Breakfast. I guarantee you will sleep so well. You have to experience it to believe it. Hidden away from the Main Street. When asking for a taxi ride to the location use the main shopping centre as a location. Approximately 500 metres from location.Easy walk from there to the hotel. A number of taxi drivers did not know the hotel address. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest look no further. There are four flights of stairs. So make sure you bear this in mind in your health may be compromised.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. The breakfast is simple but great. Our room was comfortable room and clean. The location is good. Close to metro and close to the shopping center. Overall great value!

Great quiet spot near Iconsiam, which is not only a lovely reprieve from the heat but also good ferry spot to get up, down and across the river from. Nice staff, good info board, modem industrial look and very clean. Small roof garden. Good morning coffee. We're coming back.

This was a scandi (east meets west !)- feel hotel and beautifully and simply decorated.The purpose of the visit was a 24 hr stay ( previously been for 3 days at beginning of trip) and it was great room to Re -cooperate ! The linen was clean and bed comfy with two pillows each ! There was two free waters in the fridge. There is a kettle and cups but the addition of sachets of tea and coffee would make the difference.
Great for family - children had adjoining room ( no windows) .
The breakfast was simple but quick and easy and lovely marmalade and coffee wafers !
The staff make the visit complete .They were extremely helpful especially the guy who’d lived in Chester England .He asked how to help and had answers to all our questions. The taxi was booked for our night flight back to uk and despite being a little late got us to airport with plenty of time. The traffic was difficult because of bridge under construction an£ New Year’s Eve .
Near Iconsiam and river taxi .Good Thymes restaurant very basic looking but fabulous food and lovely staff. Thank you x

Simple rooms and simple Breakfast.
But nice stuff special at the reception and the location is very close to icon center and the river. The hotel is Designed with many things from IKEA. On the other side from the river where you can go by Ferry are many restaurants

Good location, walking distance to iconsiam, convenient stores and eateries. Currently because of road construction, the traffic was quite jam at the main road.
Hotel interior is nice, cosy & clean.
Big room space. It will be better if they can put on a mirror in the room instead of only in the bathroom.
Some bathroom accessories & fittings quite already loosen. Need some maintenance.
Breakfast was simple & delicious.

The hotel is really nice! And the Employees are really nice too, they help us with the early breakfast. There is a mall 10 min walking, where you can find q lot of restaurants and shops, also you can take there a boat to go around the river. The only wrong thing is that is not elevator for persons, only for lagauge.
