Felt like we owned the place, our own pool and beach and a fab breakfast next door.
Pros:

Amazing pool and view of the beach. We had it all to ourselves which was amazing. Room was clean enough and we had a pool and beach view from our balcony. A bit of a rough diamond. Loved our stay here.

Cons:

A little rundown and needed cleaning in general areas. Maintenance going on, limited hot water, PowerPoints a bit dodge. No hairdryer although was provided with one when asked.

A great location and the staff were very friendly
Pros:

The location was great for us and the staff were very friendly. Lovely view of the pool and beach from the balcony

Cons:

The room was a little dated, there was no restaurant or breakfast available although there are places across the road with great food.

A lovely place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. All rooms have a sea view which was great!
Pros:

The room was lovely and big and really clean. The staff were all very helpful.
Loved having a swimming pool, even though the sea is just a couple of minutes walk away!

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated, but it was clean.

Schoolbook example of wasted potential

Location is literally the only good thing here.

Cons:

Where to start…. The place has great potential and is on a outstanding location. But it became a schoolbook example of what happens when you stop investing, or stop caring about your hotel. Short summary:

-came there and booked 5 rooms, 1 room wasnt available due to some problems. We could’ve been contacted about this before our arrival.

-every room is covered in mold, full ceilings, walls, its literally everywhere in the hotel

-its dirty everywhere. Every hallway, the pool, bathrooms. The staff is most of the time doing nothing, yet the windows havent been cleaned for the last 5 years it seems.

-restaurant seems like its been out of use for the last 10 years.

In all honesty, if this was a well maintained hotel and they did some effort, they could charge 400% of the current nightly price. Its a shame to leave so much potential on the table, with such an amazing location. My suggestion would be to tear the building down and start again with a new hotel, with investors that actually care about what they are selling.

Lovely amazing location . 2nd time in hotel,Great value for money .Room is very clean ,over all clean hotel. good airconditioner ,nice hot water bath tub .nice pool .The sunset seen from the room is wonderful. Room with nice balconies ,breakfast very delicious ,we love hiriketiya beach、staff is helpful ,helped me. This is not a five star hotel, I think this hotel is worth the price. Everything was what I expected. I'll come back

Dobrze że zdecydowaliśmy się wybrać na plażę Silent Beach wżucam fotki z bistro i z Silent Beach.
Pros:

Lokalizacja to jedyne co mi przychodzi do głowy i sąsiedztwo bistro Lalasa gdzie chodziliśmy na pyszne śniadania.

Cons:

Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Wszystko jest zniszczone i przestarzałe. Zdjęcia to zmyła i proszę nie brać ich na poważnie.

The hotel feels quite old-fashioned.
Hot water in the shower must be turned on manually, and it runs out after only a few minutes.
The toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival, but the staff responded quickly and cleaned it immediately.

The location is pleasant and quiet, but it’s not easy to find a tuk-tuk in the area.
