Acomodação boa. Mas o melhor foi a calorosa recepção da " maki" nome como ela se apresentou. No café da manhã , gentil, atenciosa e simpática. Adoramos. A menina da recepção tbm muito simpática. Apesar de nossa visível dificuldade na comunicação. Foram ótimas

Cons:

Elevador. Muito pequeno e apertado. Claustrofóbico. Um dia preferi subir com as malas pela escada.

Tout était parfait !
La proximité de la gare et du centre de Florence.
Une superbe chambre très bien décorée et très propre.
Un personnel pour l’accueil et pour le petit déjeuner très souriant, agréable et serviable.
Nous recommandons vraiment et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda per chi arriva in treno ed inoltre vicina a diversi punti di interesse. La camera tripla è molto spaziosa. Staff cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Il rumore che proviene dalla strada è insopportabile e purtroppo non ci ha permesso di dormire

Very Comfortable.
Pros:

The location was ideal. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was better than the other places we stayed at while in Italy. It was also very safe.
