Pros:

Lokalizacja w bardzo dobrym miejscu, personel hotelu zawsze uśmiechnięty, pokój czysty i zadbany, śniadania bardzo dobre (włoski basic, ale można było zamówić jajecznicę). Blisko hotelu "wine window" :)

Cons:

Można było słyszeć wodę w rurach w trakcie kąpieli gości w sąsiadującym pokoju. Dość irytujące, ale to taki typ budownictwa.

Prime Location, Spacious Rooms, and Fantastic Food!
Pros:

The location is fantastic—within walking distance of both the train station and major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There is a popular restaurant downstairs that I highly recommend trying; their signature flamed truffle cheese pasta is amazing. As hotel guests, we even received a 10% discount.

Très bon séjour en famille, hôtel parfait pour visiter Florence dans de bonnes conditions.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé et personnel très sympathique. Chambre grande et déco sympa.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était très bon mais manque un peu de choix

Pros:

Easily accessible from Firenze SMN station. A nice safe area, 2 minute walk to SMN church and piazza. Restaurants nearby and short walking distance to important landmarks.

Cons:

Heel fijn hotel met lief personeel
Pros:

Zeer centraal gelegen, prima bedden en ruime badkamer. Het ontbijt was goed! Er staat van alles klaar, broodjes, cake, gekookt ei, yoghurt en muesli. Roerei of anders kun je gewoon bestellen bij het personeel. Verse cappuccino wordt gezet voor je. Ook fijn dat we de bagage konden laten staan na de uitcheck om 10.30. Omdat het slecht weer zou worden kregen we ook nog een paraplu mee. Top!

Cons:

Niets. Hou rekening met een kleine lift en anders even de trap op.

很一般、服务态度不怎么样

早餐的餐厅非常小，一个厨师既要洗碗还要做饭，几乎没什么可吃的，生鸡蛋和煮蛋混在一起放，以至于你不知道你拿到的是煮熟的鸡蛋还是一个生鸡蛋。电梯很慢同样也很小

Tudo maravilhoso! Desde a localização, o quarto lindo e aconchegante, o café da manhã otimo e o atendimento nota 10.
Ressalto o atendimento do funcionário que nos providenciou taças e abridor de vinho e a atenção e simpatia da Maria Chiara no café da manhã .

Cons:

Nao posso dizer que nao gostei. O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão. Acredito que seja em função do prédio ser antigo. Mas nada que comprometesse a estadia.
