Nice, charming hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast.
Pros:

Pretty room with frescos ceiling, wonderful breakfast with fresh cappuccino & coffee, fruit, eggs, pastries and more. Clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom and close the train station, walking distance to restaurants and sights.

Aamiainen oli riittävän kattava ja henkilökunta oli mukavaa! Huone ja yleiset tilat olivat siistejä.

Cons:

Äänieristys oli huono. Sekä ulkoa että viereisestä huoneesta ja käytävältä tulevat äänet kuuluivat todella hyvin huoneeseeni.

Posizione perfetta, camera pulita ed ampia, personale gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in camera tripla, ampia comoda e curata. Colazione ottima, posizione strategica, vicinissima alla stazione Santa Maria Novella e proprio di fronte all’ingresso della farmacia profumeria di Santa Maria Novella. I luoghi di interesse si raggiungono facilmente a piedi! Grazie per la piacevolissima permanenza a tutto lo staff!
