Pros:

Tive uma ótima experiência neste hotel. As funcionárias merecem um elogio especial, foram incansáveis, sempre prestáveis e muito atentas, fazendo de tudo para que a estadia fosse o mais confortável possível. O cuidado e a simpatia fizeram toda a diferença. Muito obrigada a toda a equipa. Grazie di cuore a tutto il team. :)

Pros:

El hotel es mas que perfecto para pasar los dias en Florencia. El cuarto es amplio al igual que el baño. El desayuno es bueno y el personal nos trató siempre muy bien, en especial cuando teniamos alguna duda o requeriamos de alguna sugerencia.
Las camas estaban super bien para dormir.

Cons:

La entrada esta en un segundo (piso 1 contando desde 0 jeje) y hay que pasar dos puertas para acceder ya sea el ridiculamente lento ascensor o subir las gradas con las maletas.
Hay bastante actividad nocturna al rededor del hotel. Asi que se ocupa tener buen sueño o tapones.

Pros:

Posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione SMN, colazione buona, con prodotti di qualità e (cosa molto originale) con cucina a vista e tavolo sociale, personale molto gentile (mi hanno consentito di fare il check-in anticipato), stanza confortevole, bagno delle giuste dimensioni e, cosa che ho molto apprezzato, bollitore in camera e acqua in omaggio.
Soggiorno perfetto!

Cons:

Se proprio dovessi trovare qualcosa da migliorare, direi: l'insonorizzazione della camera, almeno quella che affaccia su Via della Scala, considerato che già dalle prime ore del mattino si sentono i rumori provenire dalla strada (mezzi per la pulizia delle strade, veicoli che passano, etc.); aggiungerei un comodino, così da avere un secondo appoggio, considerato che l'unico presente è occupato dalla lampada e dal bollitore.

Location veramente raccomandabile per chi apprezza "piccolo è bello" e il camminare sereni in città
Pros:

Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo, oltre le nostre aspettative. La cordialità dell'accoglienza in tutti i suoi aspetti è davvero la cifra di questo hotel, apprezzabile, oltre che per la vicinanza a tutte le meraviglie del centro storico, per la sua dimensione. Poche camere sì, ma curatissime.
Ottima colazione, abbondante e per tutti i gusti, preparata al momento con grande gentilezza, prontezza e cortesia.
