Pros:

Really friendly, polite and helpful staff on reception, in the restaurant and those servicing the room.
Spacious room with 2 seats and ample room for 2 laptops, comfortable bed and pillows. Extra pillows available. Spotlessly clean shower room - I'd love to know what cleaning products they use!
Outdoor terrace overlooking the deer park.
Good breakfast and good range of products. Nice restaurant. Ample off road parking.

Cons:

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and our room was a long walk to the restaurant.

Ordentliches Hotel mit (außerhalb von Messe- und Chirstkindlmarkt-Zeiten) fairen Preisen. Ich war mehrfach dort. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer ok, manchmal etwas hellhörig.

Cons:

Zum zweiten Mal (2. Aufenthalte nacheinander) wurde ich beim Frühstück barsch und per Handzeichen („Herkommen!“-Geste mit Zeigefinger, „Moment!“ mit ausgestreckter Hand etc.) abgefertigt. Beim letzten Besuch wurde ich aus dem Frühstücksraum (per Handzeichen) herauskomplimentiert, da ich mich selbst gesetzt hatte (der Empfang am Frühstück war nicht besetzt). Ich hielt das für einen Ausrutscher und war nun nach längerer Zeit wieder dort. Leider gleiches Verhalten. Ich werde wohl nicht wiederkommen. Ich bin Gast, kein Bittsteller auf dem Amt.

Für eine Übernachtung ist das Hotel okay. Frühstück kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkte nicht einladend. Die Aufschnittwurst überzeugte häufig oft nicht mit Frische, teilweise war sie auch geschmacklich nicht mehr genießbar. Punktabzug gibt es beim Service, da die Tische zum überwiegenden Teil nicht abgeräumt und für die nächsten Gäste auch nicht neu eingedeckt wurden. Somit mussten wir notgedrungen an einem verlassenem Tisch unser Frühstück einnehmen. Unser Hinweis an die Rezeption, doch bitte den Tisch abräumen zu lassen, brachte nichts. Auch nachdem wir gefrühstückt hatten und wir uns erneut an die Rezeption wandten, erfolgte nur ein lapidares "ich gebe es an den Service weiter" - keine Entschuldigung.

Super Aufenthalt für einen Zwischenstopp an der A2
Pros:

Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren im 200m entfernten Gebäude im Erdgeschoss, da musste man halt immer Rollläden unten haben für die Privatsphäre, weil man nur die logischerweise bodentiefen Terrassentüren nach aussen hatte, nur halt keine Terrasse davor sondern direkt die Zufahrt zu den Nachbargebäuden und Parkplätzen.

Quite loud - A lot of people as it is a big hotel and also hosted a wedding and a big birthday, which continued (as it should) into the night.

Pros:

Hotellet er virkelig lækkert og hyggeligt indrettet, og både aftensmaden og morgenmaden var utroligt lækkert, værelset var hyggeligt og det er i hvert fald ikke sidste gang jeg kommer til at booker et værelse.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget dårligt at sige om det.
