Great location...reasonable value
Pros:

Fantastic city centre location.

Cons:

Beds very hard and uncomfortable.
Very noisy at night due to location .
Bedroom carpet badly stained.
Stairs to reception very long and steep. (Was made aware of this afternoon booking)

Pros:

Was very happy with the upgraded room and the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile carrying my suitcase to the top floor for me.

We had a blast!
Pros:

The hospitality was great, kind staff and cosy well decorated rooms. Loved the Picture of John Lennon in our room. Loved how the hotel has an entrance right in the back of the pub below it.

Cons:

Those stairs, those stairs!!!!! But they were worth it.

Would have liked a hairdryer in the room but I didn’t ask if one was available and it wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe der 2 Hauptbahnhöfe und am Stadtzentrum. Das Personal war sehr super. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In Hotelnähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken. Unter dem Hotel ist eine Bar, wir wurden aber weder durch Musik noch ander Gäste gestört.

Cons:

Nur ein Hinweis: einige Zimmer sind komplett innenliegend, ohne Fenster. Dafür gibt es eine Klimanlage.

Só vale pela localização!
Pros:

O quarto é grande e a localização fica perto de vários estabelecimentos.

Cons:

Do barulho, já sabíamos que era acima de um Pub, mas não imaginávamos que o barulho era tão alto, vc só consegue dormir após o fechamos do Pub que é as 2hs AM. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando, avisamos e disseram que iam arrumar, e nada, continuou sem funcionar. Não tem elevador, sem você tiver com malas grandes e pesadas vai ter que dar um jeito e subir com elas.

My go to place
Pros:

Welcomed with a cheery greeting as always my go to place to stay as location is perfect.. comfortable beds tea & coffee. There was a problem with the heating in my room so I was moved straight away with no issues. Thanks for a great stay.
